Not a good staff overall there's always a problem ordering anytime of day. Representatives literally take your order over the phone and when you arrived there for pickup order you're not even in the system. Definitely order from another location. Update 6/28 Unprofessional team the phone greeting and the constant please hold and when you arrive to the location they are NOT at high volume of customers. Do Not Support this location.

Ordered a beach club. Asked if they could add onion, they said no. It took 10 mins. I was only one in line. Came home excited for my sandwich and got no avocado spread and the sandwich was a mess. Very disappointed. The reason I wanted this was because tried it at work, for employee meal, and it awesome.

I ordered a #7 Spicy Italian Submarine Sandwich. The Order Taker was Anthony (Tony) who is also the Assistant Manager. He reconfirmed the order as well as the delivery address. The Delivery Driver was Dre and he was extremely pleasant and happy to help! The sandwich was prepared exactly as ordered and quickly delivered. I will definitely order from this location again when I am in the area.

This jimmy John’s caught me off guard.I was told I could get a Cajun Chicken like sub since they don’t carry it anymore and the staff member looked so irritated. I ordered something else with a side of ranch.After 5 minutes I was told that they forgot to charge me for the ranch and someone charged me $0.70 for it.. lowkey embarrassing for someone to do this.If you forgot to charge for something that’s on you not me. I’ll not be coming back to this jimmy John’s.

Had gone in intending on getting hot subs as it was a chilly day. This location does not have a grill. Was surprised about that. So we got cold subs. The meat was also pre sliced which surprised me as the commercials are all about they slice it in front of you.The food was good. The associate working was awesome. Was just kind of surprised things at this location are not as seen on the commercials.

Signs say "under new management" but I can never seem to get there when they're open. Weekends, weekdays, always closed. Everybody else is always open so I stopped trying to go to JJ altogether and it changed my life. I'm a happier man now.
