Oh my goodness! Really, really good. Cheesesteak is right up there with the best in Philadelphia, for real...I was just in Philly. The fries are perfect little creations too. Highly recommend this sandwich shop.

I had actually never heard of this place before but it happened to be on the way to my destination so I placed an online order, the website and ordering platform were easy to use and understand. I arrived around 630PM on a Friday and the place was dead the staff were all fairly friendly but seemed otherwise occupied on there devices but it was fine because my order was ready when I arrived. Everything was made correctly with the exception of the spicy mustard on the side. The food was good, fresh and very reasonably priced. I ordered 2 6inch deli subs and it was $13. The inside of the restaurant appeared clean and inviting. I would recommend as the food was good and fresh and prepared on-time.

My first time here. My food was hot and fresh. Good portion size. The hot subs need a signature seasoning on them. Also. I came here on my lunch break. I got here at 12:30 and didnt get my order until 1pm. I waited my entire lunch break. Please be mindful of people who are on a break with time constraints. Working on seasoning and faster service this place can easily be 10/10.

I just tried this place for the first time today, it was a disappointing experience. I got the chicken bomb and my brother got the steak bomb. His sub was missing multiple ingredients and what was on it was all in the center of the bread leaving both ends bare. I got the chicken bomb and it was pretty much the same, multiple missing ingredients and I ordered wheat bread and got white. I worked in a sub shop before and there's no reason for this shitty of service, if you hate your job that much just quit. I'll definitely never be ordering from here again. Only reason I gave 2 stars was because the meat was seasoned good.

First time getting their food and they switched my order out. It took them forever to complete a single 12ā sub by the time my fiance brought me my lunch my lunch break at work was over AND the order was wrong. I donāt get to eat lunch today and paid for something that I didnāt order.

I ordered the Italian sandwich and I asked for it to be made hot the representative guy at the front agreed. I asked him if there was Italian dressing to go on the sub and he said there is not. When I got my sandwich., It was cold and there was mayo on it. When I came back in the store, I asked for a refund because the sandwich had mayo on it and that my sandwich was cold. He told me mayo comes on it but it is not on the sandwich description (no sauce is indicated on the menu for this sandwich). I asked for a refund, He agreed for the refund but in cash form. I agreed. He did not give me my full refund in cash and when I asked him about it, he said that he didnāt have enough change. I then asked him, Why didnāt you tell me that you didnāt have the exact change for the refund instead of just giving me what you had in your drawer? He said I didnāt know you needed the money that bad and proceeded to give me a whole dollar back. I asked him what he meant by me needing the money so bad he said yeah you need the money bad. He proceeded to call me out of my name and my mother cuss word names as well. I asked for a manager, I saw no manager and I left. This location is on Hamilton Road in the Whitehall area and I do not recommend it. It is very unprofessional and disrespectful staff that is there with no knowledge of the menu nor counting coins.

My first time coming here and I was very satisfied with my sub I got a steak bomb and the flavor was so good comes with grilled peppers and onions,bacon ,tomato ,cheese and mayo and mushrooms I had them not put mushrooms on mine but does come with it also u can do chicken instead if thatās what you prefer highly recommend I got a 12 inch and it was huge really good prices definitely be back and bring family next time

I just went to the store AGAIN and the young lady said sheās the only one working and doesnāt know how to fix it. This is ridiculous and unprofessional. Never went through anything like this. This is not a good look for a place that just opened
