Joseppi's Pizza Hilltop

This place used to have the best pizza in town, but now it’s completely gone downhill. If you want pizza with cheese, don’t order from here they barely put any on at all! I even asked and paid for extra cheese and still got none. After 15 years as a loyal customer, I’m done. Even Little Caesars is better now.

Man I gotta tell you that your pizza is always on point. Perfectly baked. The topper is our favorite. We ordered one today. It arrived piping hot and delicious.
So blessed to have you so close to where we live.

This used to be the best pizza in the city. Now it is the worst!!! If you are expecting a pizza with cheese do not get pizza from here!! They changed their cheese portion to none!!! I gave them a third try because I loved them so much. Even asked for extra cheese. Willing to pay extra and NO CHEESE! NO CHEESE! Little Ceasars pizza is better at this point. I was a 15 year dedicated customer but will never order again. Done with adding cheese when I get it.

Ordered pizza and a sub in my new place and wanted to try the neighborhood foods and not the chains, the food was great, Italian sausage sub was amazing love the crispy bun and the topper pizza is simple but delicious. My delivery driver called to find my address and I walked out to meet him, not many places will do that. Good way to treat people

I've loved this place for many years. I went in last Friday and ordered something other than pizza. I ordered chicken parmesan. After eating it within a half hour I became quite ill. Something just didn't taste right with the sauce but I was hungry and I ate it all. All of the symptoms seem to tell me the same that it is characteristic of food poisoning. This breaks my heart because I've I've had Joseppi's as a favorite for years. It is now Wednesday and I will give it one more day and I will seek medical attention.

I wish I didn't give it the one star I did. Customer service literally doesn't exist anymore. To be a longtime Customer of this actual location and for no one to correct a mistake is insane. I've always ordered the exact same thing. How could you get this wrong right? Well they definitely did and big time. Lost me as a loyal customer and as someone whose been in customer service over 15 yrs it's amazing you guys aren't shut down. Treat customer as you do will get more business lost. Thanks for the waste of my hard earn money and blatantly not even caring. I wouldn't recommend even when you think it's your usual go to spot.

I love this place its one of my favorite pizza places to go to when craving pizza the food tastes good well cooked and they always follow instructions on how you want your pizza the cookies are amazing

Ordered 2 LG pizzas this is the worst food we've gotten in a bit. The toppings tasted old n crappy I don't understand why people can't cook a good pizza! Walked in to get my food the young lady at the front register was friendly and welcoming. Other 2 ladies was sitting on the counter onto there phones i will never give this place another dime!! It used to be half good pizza.

Great sub sandwiches best I've ever had

I am extremely disappointed today. We have been customers here for decades. One of the items we ordered was a topper. When my boyfriend picked it up and got home, it had pizza sauce and pepperoni under the pizza crust! How does that happen and why would u give that to a customer? Needless to say the majority of it went in the trash. It might be a while before we order anything again.

I'm a regular when it comes to their Italian subs and the topper pizza and I highly recommend both! However, they obviously have tons of good food as they have been a hilltop staple for a very long time now. Stop ordering from pizza chains and support our local businesses instead!

The people are nice and the food is great.
