Really disappointed. Place use to have really good pizza now the pizza is not good. Pepperoni pizza had barely any pepperoni and was bland. Rather eat speedway pizza. Rather pay good money for pizza than cheap and

Went in to place an order of wings — I have a wheat allergy, so I specifically checked and asked if their traditional wings were breaded or not, and was told no, so I went ahead and ordered. I was told the wait would be 10 minutes, which was pretty reasonable for a basic 10-piece wing order. I went across the plaza to Giant Eagle to kill time while I waited and ended up coming back closer to 20-25 minutes later. When I came in, I spoke to an employee in passing and let her know my name and that I was there to pick up. She acknowledged me, went to the kitchen (which you can see from the waiting area), and proceeded to go on about her business, leaving me there with no update for several minutes. I finally went up to the counter and checked with someone else, who told me they still had to put sauce on my wings. Not only did it take forever to get my wings (I ordered at 7:09, and left close to 7:50), when I got home, the wings were visibly breaded. I called to double check and was told (presumably by someone else) that all of their wings are breaded. After the wait and the misinformation, there was no apology, and to top it off, she expected me to make the drive back to the restaurant to return the food and have her try to process the refund (apparently the “big boss” wasn’t there and the waitress didn’t know how to do it for me).Unfortunately I’m unable to speak to the quality of the food, but the quality of the service left much to be desired. Waste of a tip.

Ordered a topper pizza with ranch, got a taco pizza with ranch. NP, call back and tell them there has been a mix up...they sorta sound the same. I tell the MANAGER what I want, and she tells me "I don't recommend that; it's not going to be good" umm ma'am what?! Why would you say that about your own food. You should be promoting ALL your food. She argued the entire time instead of just apologizing and giving us what we actually ordered. I did get the right pizza in the end however, there was a price difference in the pizzas, and I should have been refunded. Terrible experience. Super sad I loved this place

First time having them . I got their lasagna and cheese garlic bread. I would rate it a 1 out of 5. There really wasn’t much flavor and the cheese on top of the lasagna was hard to cut into. But the chicken sub my bf got was the only good thing.

Joseppi's is a solid choice for pizza and sandwiches. They have multiple locations and they are consistent with the food quality, which is a plus for me. My favorite pizza is pepperoni, hot ham, bacon, Xtra cheese, well done.
