I ordered some food for me and my kids on their company website not realizing I hit delivery and not pick up. I was tired on my way home from work when I did this and planned to pick it up since its on my way home. I get to the restaurant and the man was very nice but told me I had it delivered and its on its way. So I race out of there trying to beat the delivery since there was no tip added I felt bad. I got there a few minutes after the lady with my food did. My kids were home and started frantically calling me saying she was knocking and trying to open the door multiple times. As I was trying to tip her she had her head in my wallet practically begging for a huge tip. Very unprofessional. Overall the food was great. The man at the restaurant was very nice but this delivery lady needs retrained.

It was very good, quick service and very quiet to enjoy. Food/drink was very good, wonton, egg drop so up, and hot tea. Tea was hot, tasted great and same for both the soup and wonton.

Best chinese food in town! My family and I order chinese every week and this place has been the go-to for many years. Sesame chicken, kun pao chicken, orange chicken, I can eat it all day everyday!!! Their egg drop and hot sour soup are the best, but there is one thing that noone can beat. Their crab rangoon are a classic. Packed with cream cheese and complimented with sweet and sour sauce. Best chinese spot hands down. Never dissapoint.

I usually never leave reviews, but was astonished by how good their gen tso chicken was! I ordered extra spicy and boy they did not dissapoint. Most chinese places have hot oil that are either sour or bland, but their hot oil and chicken really hit the spot. I got the combination with fried rice and an eggroll. The meal portion was perfect, service was fast, and staff was friendly. Will be back!

Got a menu at my door and decided to give this place a shot! Normally i would door dash food, but im glad there are still some local family owned restaurants around that are taking advertising into their own hands. I ordered carry-out and to my surprise, the food was ready in 20 minutes! Their crab rangoon and eggrolls are the best ive had in a long time. Their gen tso chicken and kung pao chicken are top notch too! Highly recommend taking advanrage of their coupons on the menus. They threw in 2 free eggrolls with my order. Very friendly people. Will be back!

This place went downhill in the past half a year. We ordered takeout three times. It got saltier and saucier every time. So sad that I lost a liked restaurant.
We used to live in Gahanna and moved about 20 years ago. While we were in Gahanna we would fancy Joy Food One at least once a week. Last night, I was in that part of town for my daughter, and decided to stop by and grab takeout... OMGGGGGG.... so glad I did. The food is classic American Style Chinese food!! The prices are very reasonable, the food is hot and fresh, the flavors pop, the Crab Rangoon and Egg Rolls were crispy, perfectly seasoned and fried, etc!!! I am so glad that I stopped back by. We will definitely be back and this time it won't be 20 years later. Do yourself a favor and get the BEST today.
My husband who used to work at a Chinese restaurant said that the crab rangoon and the egg rolls were the best he's ever had. He says do yourself a favor and request their in-house hot mustard over the commercial stuff because it is perfect!

The vegetable dumplings smelled terrible, so I opened one and the smell became rancid. I did not eat those. The beef and broccoli had a slimy texture and tasted off. Even the fortune cookie was stale.
