J's Sweet Treats and Wedding Cakes

I’ve had J’s Sweet Treats cakes on a number of occasions over the last few years and I’ve consistently enjoyed the cakes, thoroughly. Most recently, I contacted them for a birthday cake and they were able to accommodate me in such short notice. I sent an inspo picture and what I got in return was exactly what I asked for. My cake tasted just like I hoped and it was such a nice touch for my day and they were really able to make it special with my last minute request.

Ordered: three layer strawberry and vanilla cake with strawberry icing.

Last year, I bought a birthday cake from your shop. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. We received poor treatment from your staff. Despite considering canceling the order, we decided to proceed in hopes of a great cake. However, the cake we received had wooden shards in it, and it tasted dry and unpleasant. While the outside appearance was nice, the quality of the cake was unsatisfactory. Regrettably, I will not be returning to your shop.

I called with less than a week notice needing a birthday cake last minute for ours sons Mario themed birthday. They were able to not only accommodate the order, but the cake was beautiful and just like the photos I had sent. On top of that it tasted amazing - the cake was super moist and icing was delicious. This was our first order, but will be our go to for party cakes going forward. Thank you!

Bought birthday cake for my kid and it was so stale that nobody ate it. Wasted a lot of money ($65) and was really embarrassed. I would have been better going anywhere else. Also, not sure if they actually bake anything or just resell since the place is tiny, inside a mall. If they refund me then I'll take this review down.

I’ve been to this place more times than I can count … never disappointed! Their variety, level of skill and flavor factor are unsurpassed ? Reasonable pricesThey are changing their location from the convention center to the corner of 161 and Cleveland Ave. No matter their location, it’s worth the trip. They have everything from buckeyes to BEAUTIFUL wedding cakes. CUSTOMER SERVICE is as strong as their product ??

Fantastic service and delivery!

First of all, this cake is very well made, it is extremely delicious and looked amazing! I wanted a SpongeBob themed cake for my son's birthday and gave short notice on when I needed it by, they had no problem with that at all and let me pick it up shortly after they closed. My only issue was navigating through the convention center to get to it but it's well worth it! I recommend them for a great quality cake!

Amazing experience! They took a very last minute order (my lack of planning!) and made beautiful and special birthday strawberries! Not only delicious, but very prompt and friendly communication. Very very happy!!

When i say this place pulled through I really mean it. I contacted them just weeks before my wedding due to a change in plans. They immediately responded and took care of my order the same day and made the process very easy. My wedding cake and cupcakes were absolutely delicious and looked perfect. I was nervous to make a change so late into the process but they completely knocked it out of the park and delivered on their part! Thank you guys again!

The beauty of the shop and the hubby birthday cake was god and tasty and so beautiful we didn’t want to cut it. Customer service toptier.
