My first time here and been wanted to try this place for a min! The food was fresh and hot! I got the loaded fries with slaw and bread and everything was very delicious, It was actually better than canes chicken tbh! And the slaw was just right! Definitely will be going back soon!

The atmosphere inside the place was cool with all the other restaurants but the service… the girl in the front had attitude no smile no greeting.. as if her day was ruined. For having to attend a paying Customer. The fries were soggy, the bread which is supposed to be focaccia was greasy , the chicken tenders were just dry and over breaded… personally no i wouldnt by again.

They serve under cooked fries even tho its real potatoes. Waited 20 mins for under cooked fries now im starving sitting at work. Not the first under cooked potatoes they served me now im leaving a review… stop rushing !

Nice atmosphere and variety of things to choose from but I chose JUST CHICKEN and I’m happy I did I had the chicken salad and my partner had the loaded fries with chicken.. It was so good and fresh and flavorful. I will definitely be back.

The guy taking the orders asked if we wanted the slaw on the side and then charged us to do that. We ordered our food here first, but every other eatery was ready well before this order. He had his friends sitting at the stools rolling their eyes at the customers. We got home and while my daughter was eating her sandwich she noticed hair inside. We will never return. We were treated poorly, hair inside the food, and overcharged!

Ordered a full chicken tenders meal and I’m just disappointed in how the fries were. It’s like the cook was rushing and more than half my fries were burnt & didn’t get a good portion. The tenders were good though.

I ate at Just Chicken when they were in New Albany and the portions were a million times better to include cause. You could tell at the Columbus location that they were trying to skimp on portions. My sandwich had three small pieces of chicken no sauce and fries portion was small as well. I would have enjoyed the sandwich more if it had cause or if I would have had enough cause to dip sandwich and fries.
