Stepping into the bustling hubbub of Katalina's, Too! is an experience in itself. The place is often busy, a testament to its popularity and the culinary delights it offers. Yes, the prices may be on the steeper side, but every bite justifies the cost and reinforces why people continually flock to this eatery.The Mexican "French" Toast was a delightful fusion of flavors. It's not your typical French toast, but a unique spin that's both surprising and satisfying. The blend of spices and the soft, fluffy texture of the bread made each mouthful a joy.But the real star of the show were the Pancake Balls. These heavenly morsels were simply out of this world. Perfectly cooked, with a beautiful balance of sweetness and tanginess, they were a true delight. Each bite was like a little surprise, leaving you eagerly anticipating the next.Yes, Katalina's, Too! may be busy, yes, it may be expensive, but it delivers an exceptional dining experience that leaves you understanding why people can't get enough of it. Went for the first time with a couple of friends, as it was their first time too. Was excited to finally experience the place, especially when looking over the menu. The place was busy and there were a lot of "rules". We went around Noon on a Saturday and it was busy, to the point that were was very limited seating. This is not a full service restaurant so its seat yourself, however, you were asked not to find seats or a table for your party until you ordered, which causes uncertainty for the scenario where you have your food, but no seat to sit down and eat.Anyhow, you walk up to order your food and pay, the line wraps around this narrow hallway. You receive a menu and the menu is also written on the wall in which the line runs. You get excited looking over the menu and seeing items such as pancake balls and breakfast tacos. However, after finally receiving your food you are let down.We ordered the pancake balls and breakfast tacos. The pancake balls were minimally filled for the premium price paid. The breakfast tacos were a hard miss as well, lacking any flavor. Salt helped a bit, but otherwise you were searching for some type of sauce to experience any type of flavor to enjoy your food.We were very excited, walking in, but sadly were very let down by the food as it lacked any flavor and was a poor value.Nice atmosphere, but we will not be back.
17 dollars for a mid chicken sandwich with a weird corn topping that does not work at ALL. 17 for two sides would be bad, 17 for one side would be even worse, but I don’t count a bag of dirt cheap corn chips as a legitimate side. Just inexcusable. Do

So the food is amazing and vegan/vegetarian friendly. But it's kind of weird having to get your food and then look for a seat when it's a pretty small space.
