I got an 8” chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream and everyone loved it! The chocolate cake was dense and moist with great chocolate flavor, and the frosting was creamy and not overly sweet. I needed it last minute the day before Thanksgiving and they were very helpful.

I stopped in today during a work stop and I was so pleasantly surprised from the moment I walked in. I was greeted by two fabulous, amazingly kind smiles ready to serve me. The ambiance was gorgeous and so welcoming. The cupcakes and iced macchiato - so delicious. The icing literally melts in your mouth. The macchiato wasn't milked down like so many other places I've tried. I will be back - everyone in our office enjoyed the treats I brought back with me. Thank you for such a nice stop after a long morning at the courthouse for work. ...It was just what I needed!

Stopped in to pick up a quick coffee while I was in Columbus on vacation. Coffee was exceptional and the staff was so nice I decided to dine in instead of taking to go! Would definitely recommend. The rum cake and blueberry muffin were great too!

Kennedy's had the feel of swinging by your friend's house and having their mom sit you down for a nice breakfast because you looked hungry! What a lovely surprise in what really can be a restaurant desert near the Westin. Thankfully, there's an entrance right off the lobby (and another off the street)...the hotel's options are quite pitiful otherwise. So THANK YOU Kennedy's for saving my morning :)

Oh my goodness do we love Kennedys Kakes!! Adrian is amazing to work with and makes super delicious cakes as well. We had our wedding cake done with Kennedys with the pink champagne for the first two tiers then sultry chocolate for the largest. I'm still ready for our anniversary so we can get another made.

I ordered a custom cake for my child's first birthday party and was so disappointed. I provided an example photo of a cake I had made six years ago at a different bakery. That bakery no longer makes custom, so I found Kennedy's instead.
The one I bought previously had cost $82, and the Kennedy's was $152. I didn't mind paying a premium if I could get the custom cake I wanted. When I saw the cake on the day of the party, it was arranged poorly with sloppy lettering and not at all like the picture I had sent. I ended up taking it apart and assembling it differently during the party even though I had to pay an extra $10 for the bakery to arrange it on a cake board.
On top of all that, the cupcakes and cake were dense and dry, and needed the icing to be edible. The filling of the cake was supposed to be blueberry, but it seemed like they barely put anything in the middle. I wish I had taken a picture, but I was so upset that I just tossed the leftovers. It wasn't good enough to eat again.
I do not recommend and will never order from here again. It was overpriced and I can't believe this place sells wedding cakes.
*Clarification on the owner's response: I did change from self assembly to having the bakery arrange it because I thought they could do it better than me. I made this change on March 12 after paying my deposit. I had to pay an extra $10 for this assembly. The cake was for March 29, so I don't understand how this is a reason for the poor presentation or dry cake.

Check out was easy, I sincerely appreciated the email with both confirmation and pick-up availability, pick up was a breeze and the mini cake/ cupcakes were a hit! They were decorated beautifully and tasted delicious. Will definitely order again.
