This food truck is near Hollywood Casino. The lady told me that they did not serve sushi, only hibachi. I ordered a chicken hibachi. The size was great with good price. Fried rice was tasty with fried broccoli and onions. Yum yum and ginger sauce were authentic. But chicken was mediocre.

We went for lunch and since Daruma's is are go to usually we ended up here. Served was very pleasant. We had a chef make our food and he used an enormous amount of soy sauce on the protein and the vegetables. We talked to the Manager and she never apologized and basically told us we should of said something after he put the rice on the plate. The rice wasn't the problem it was just an overwhelming amount of soy sauce once it all was on the plate. I probably wont go back....

Ordered the hibachi combination of Salmon and shrimp with vegetables, it was pretty decent and they definitely give you a lot of food for $23, customer service was great and the wait was not too bad at all plus they give you a beeper gadget so you can wait in your car until your food is ready.
