My husband, child, and I were going through the drive thru to pick up an online order that was PAID for. The woman at the window was rude and said we had to go inside to pick up the food and closes the window. No line just one car still at the drive thru speaker. We have no problem going inside but she was so mad about it and was rude. My husband went in and she was STILL rude inside and just gave him the food because it was ALREADY PAID FOR. She just handed it over something she could’ve done thru the drive thru. I don’t know why she’s so miserable. This was at 10:15pm 6/24. Had it been someone with a disability or baby they couldn’t have gone inside. Miserable woman, terrible at her job.
Edit to add she still gave us the wrong food. Useless.

We were rushed at the speaker to order. The person who was rushing us was the same person when we pulled up to the window, he continued to be rude and rush us! Gave me a drink I didn’t ask for bc he was out of what I wanted… when I told him the mistake he made he got an attitude and told me he wasn’t taking it back to just throw it on the ground. Then when I asked if he was the manager & if so he had a pour attitude, he says “yeah I am, and so”… very poor customer service! To top it off he’s entitled to people’s change! Our food was $18.31, we gave him a $20.. he only gave me back a dollar with no receipt! It’s not about the 69 cents, it’s the principle and he was already being rude and disrespectful.

They purposely gave me all white meat and seemed to be enjoying my irritation. Avoid this location, it has been bad for many years and now seems to be at an apex of horrible!

I left an appointment and got off the bus to take my child to eat. Doors shut. Sign on door saying no inside dining drive thru only. It was under 20 degrees that day. Even if homeless people ruined it why not still let foot traffic in and remove tables? Horribly inconvenient for people without cars. Especially since we were going to order at least 20$ worth of food. Also they had no drive thru customers. At this point just close the damn store. They can't be making enough to even stay open

I'm here once every other week. I'm very happy KFC has chicken tenders now.. and their new Comeback sauce is AWESOME! I'm obsessed with it.

I would avoid this place as a customer and door dash. The orders are always backed up here. Many times my orders are not even fresh. When you ask the store members for assistance it’s usually a no care attitude.
