I had a good experience with this location Drive-through at this time of day, it was 3:30-4pm before dinner on Tuesday. I got the speacial! Hot and delicious. Although bit greasey on the bottom of the bucket, service was with a smile. She mixed half original and half Xtra crispy too. đ
The bucket though! Really made me smile!

This is the worst place to pick up orders from as a delivery driver. You will spend all the day waiting for one order, and in the end you will cancel it!!

Bathroom was not the best

A lady in a green jacket screamed at me while I was at the desk saying, âwhat order do you haveâ mind you, she is way behind the kitchen not even near me and I didnât think she was talking to me. Once I made eye contact with her and asked if she was talking to me I said my order is for [my name]. Then she had an aggressive attitude saying, âwhy would she look away. She must be stupidâ as Iâm typing this sheâs throwing food around. Missing food from orders. I whip my phone out to text someone and she says, âare you reposting meâ I wasnât but I will now due to your aggression and disgusting behavior. Sheâs also coughing on food without covering her mouth. Or better yet she should wear a mask. Iâm the right one to mess with. Watch what this âstupidâ customer. As she gives me my order she slams it down and doesnât say a word to me as she stares at me. Then she proceeds to walk away and stare at me again and put her arms out saying, âwhatâs up you got a problemâ I will be reporting her and hope she will be fired due to trying to intimidate a customer. And I will be giving this food away to a homeless person as Iâm scared she did something to my food.

Ordered a 4 pc. Hot honey they gave me one full tender and 3 tenders that looked like they were ripped in half đ could not understand how they looked at that and was like âyeah send it outâ but yeah I probably wonât go to this one again and all the hot honey grease was everywhere because they put my box on the top of everything sideways

My husband, child, and I were going through the drive thru to pick up an online order that was PAID for. The woman at the window was rude and said we had to go inside to pick up the food and closes the window. No line just one car still at the drive thru speaker. We have no problem going inside but she was so mad about it and was rude. My husband went in and she was STILL rude inside and just gave him the food because it was ALREADY PAID FOR. She just handed it over something she couldâve done thru the drive thru. I donât know why sheâs so miserable. This was at 10:15pm 6/24. Had it been someone with a disability or baby they couldnât have gone inside. Miserable woman, terrible at her job.
Edit to add she still gave us the wrong food. Useless.
