I left an appointment and got off the bus to take my child to eat. Doors shut. Sign on door saying no inside dining drive thru only. It was under 20 degrees that day. Even if homeless people ruined it why not still let foot traffic in and remove tables? Horribly inconvenient for people without cars. Especially since we were going to order at least 20$ worth of food. Also they had no drive thru customers. At this point just close the damn store. They can't be making enough to even stay open

I would avoid this place as a customer and door dash. The orders are always backed up here. Many times my orders are not even fresh. When you ask the store members for assistance it’s usually a no care attitude.

I really like KFC’s original chicken and mashed potatoes with gravy. I came this location several times. The dining room is clean. The service is fast with drive thru service.
I am so dissatisfied at the drive through experience received at this location, after double checking with the cashier at the window, they still managed to mess up our order significantly. They over charged us for 2 whole orders, but gave us 1 with all wrong sides. When trying to address the situation, no one was able to assist or answer their phones. We were not refunded or given the decency to explain what we originally wanted. Do not go here

Very rude when they take your order, don’t take your order all the way or Properly and then give you the wrong food at the end of it anyways have a attitude won’t come back to the window to help you
Service was terrible my chicken in my famous bowl was hard ass rocks.. Called the store 5 times no answer. Send my husband up there just for the manger in charge trying to argue back in fourth stating the chicken was fresh. Talking about she not dropping no more chicken. Instead of helping she made it worse. Stating if she drop them we going have to wait 15 minutes. It doesn't take 15 mins to make a famous bowl. Whoever this manager is shouldn't be no manager just terrible.. Coming from someone who been in management for 15 years.

This is so far one of the worst KFC’s I’ve been too…it’s really dirty, food isn’t honestly the best, coke machine isn’t working, one of the female employees had a horrible attitude, and to top it off they had no plates, spoons/forks, nor napkins..HORRIBLE‼️‼️‼️
