Stopped in to grab a famous bowl for my kid brother. I specifically asked them to put the chicken on the side as I had to cut it up. The chicken was not only put on Lin the bowl but the chicken was so old and dry our dog refused to eat it. The guy on window was very short and rude had no customer service ability whatsoever if this is how kfc allows their locations (wether franchise or not) it’s no wonder there’s not many locations left in the Columbus area. SMH. Definitely won’t ever return to this location.

I went and order at the drive thru staff was very nice I order a combo family meal I waited as I order tenders, me and my family love the food not to mention our food was still hot when we got home this is by far the best
This place is usually pretty good, used to come a lot last year and the customer service was really good. I went this past monday and the place looked closed at 6pm? Dark inside, no one in the lot. Everywhere online says its still open though.

Chicken was old and super salty, so I decided to go to KFC to get Gravy. That is all I needed, no chicken cause of my last experience, never again. I gave the young lady ( that always have a attitude BTW) my money and she give me two cups of Gavey with the top half off, which spills in my bag. I will no longer support this location. I have a question ? how do you mess up two cups of Gravy? Anyone I will ✋️?

I've been to some not great chain locations before, but I can't say I've been so consistently let down in one order. We ordered ahead, it was marked ready, we went in, and had to wait 10 or so minutes because it wasn't done. The food wasn't what I would consider warm, let alone hot. The employees were also very lackluster. The food was also sloppily put together.I'd recommend some visits from corporate. Both scheduled and unscheduled. This place is in need of a reevaluation.

I've never been to a KFC before I will say this had some amazing chicken and im not that into fried chicken but it was just wow! The area could be better though.
I've ordered from here twice now, the first they forgot to add an entire entree to the order. then the second time, they sent me a completely different order.

I went through the drive through and the young lady was so sweet. She had to make the pot pies for me and I waited in my car. When they were finished she brought them out to me, she absolutely didn’t have to do that. They pot pies were amazing and had plenty of chicken. Will definitely go back.
