My partner and I ordered a mobile order yesterday and the food was good. I saved the famous bowl to eat today and when i heated it up i found a long black hair sticking out in it. I pulled it thinking maybe it was my cat fur since I opened the bowl to heat it and when I went to pick it off it kept coming out 🤮🤮 I have blonde hair and he has very short black hair. Please contact us we have the mobile receipt

Ordered a kids meal ,chicken nuggets for a child of course. Nuggets were hard they didn't provide sauce. Told them about it guy at the window acted like we just ruined his day. Very rude and disrespectful. He was the laziest person I have almost ever met! Had a black hoodie on at the drive thru window. Had dirty nails! Money back please. The customer service these days is the worst. Who let's someone work at a restaurant with bad manners and a hoodie and dirty nails.

The worst customer service ever. The guy taking my order threw a whole fit about how he doesn’t have time (there was no one else in line) when I asked a question about the price, even though he was the one who asked me to repeat my question three times after I said never mind.

Your customers are not your punching bags, just do your job.

Giving one star because this terrible customer service saved me from wasting my caloric intake on this.

someone needs to introduce them to telephone technlogy; was trying to place a pick up order, it literally rang for 20 minutes. i told her at drive thru their phone wasnt working & in fact I was calling it in line, she said that phone was in the office. I asked her if office staff knows how to answer phones, she said no!
