someone needs to introduce them to telephone technlogy; was trying to place a pick up order, it literally rang for 20 minutes. i told her at drive thru their phone wasnt working & in fact I was calling it in line, she said that phone was in the office. I asked her if office staff knows how to answer phones, she said no!

Whoever was on the shift of 7/19 @ 10 PM rocked our meal!!! It was so delicious and so quick and we had a dog in our car and they even took care of her (,: 10/10 crew and thanks for a great experience

Just had my worst KFC meal ever. The chicken was too oily and fries were overcooked. Floor, table, chairs - all were too sticky and greasy. Huge disappointment. Not going back again

I would like to give a warm appreciation to the manager who help create a nice presentation even such short notice he made sure we had everything we needed to place a smile on her family’s face city of Columbus park and rec wanna thank you so much

Don't use a credit card here. Their credit card machine will double bill you and the staff will refuse to provide a refund.
I got the chicken pot pie and it was dry and over cooked. The mashed potatoes were on point.

So I decided to change and go somewhere else before heading down to my job at the arena. I ordered through the app for pick up. I walk in and no one even said they would be right with me. I had to cough and basically tap my hand on the counter. They finally came up. I told them I had placed a mobile order. They asked me my name. I gave them my name. They then told me someone had picked it up already. I told them no I just placed it when I got off of work and I had selected to pick it up for my order not delivery. They told me someone driving for Doordash picked it up. So basically my order was stolen by a Doordash driver. The crew person told I would I have reorder everything that I ordered. I told them no I am not reordering everything. They are going to make my order again. I asked to speak to the manager she came out to speak to me. I told her what was going on and she knew which Doordash driver took me order. She took a picture of the email that I got confirming my ordering. Now with me working in a fast food restaurant and a doordash driver I know on both sides the order has to be confirmed before it is taken. That crew person needs better customer service to tell someone that it has to be reordered after someone took that person's order. This was ridiculous. I am not going back to this KFC again.
