This place is so dirty I didn't want to stay in the building to eat. The bathroom was even worse the toilet seat was black with what looked like mold or dirt with no hand soap or paper towels. I got the new chicken waffle meal and the chicken was pitiful and dry and hard as a rock. The waffle was over cooked and burnt. The lady the took my order was rude and asked me the same questions over and over about my meal and what sides and sauce I would like and then I ordered a Pepsi and she gave me a Dr. Pepper instead. I will never in a million year recommend this Kfc to anyone except for the people I dislike. On top of all of this i go back up to ask for a cup of ice and I see a worker preparing someone's food with no gloves on, he is using his bare hands to make the food!!!!!!!

Wasn't happy with the employees attitudes, but the store seemed to be clean, and they didn't mind me and my wife using the restroom unlike a lot of places it seems anymore. But the food was hot and it tasted like KFC is supposed to. So i'd give this place a chance again, even though it's not in the best of neighborhoods.

Positively the WORST service and most unfriendly KFC I've ever been in. Walked in to order, was not even acknowledged until 4 cars were served at drive thru. Asked a couple questions about a particular meal, you'd think I was a detective interrogating someone! Other customers walked in while I was waiting to order/get food, several walked back out the door. One employee did NOT look clean, pants hanging down.... Ghetto for sure!!! No stars!!

Went through the drive thru for a quick meal…ended up taking us 30 minutes to get our food. Chicken was undercooked and the famous bowl barely had any chicken. I would not recommend going here.
