They put the wrong store hour in the app, so my pick up order made in the app (10 am) cannot be picked up (they open at 10:30 am) and you cannot cancel the order in the app. They dont allow you to pick it up at a later time ( say afternoon 6 pm after work) since they said the order is completed and someone already picked up the order. The store associate really had a bad attitude, and you know what, me too.

Messed up my order yet again.got the family 20 dollar box..it didn't come in the big box like it's supposed to everything was thrown in a bag separately..10 wings were supposed to be korean bbq..they were plain.the 4 sauces I got were wrong.nuggets were dry old and crusty..there is another kfc further away from me I will try there next time.this place truly sucks.

It’s really dirty inside every time I’m in there and they just make you wait at the register for so long without acknowledging you at all. They won’t even compensate you for your long wait and lack of service.

I just ordered and I bought two additional biscuit but it wasn’t in the order meanwhile I paid for it for my kids what at all is this .kindly refund it because I can’t pay for something I ddnt get . And the fries are so hard n burnt infact am so upset

Because this bowl was $7+ . Seven dollars for a cup of mash. Seven dollars for a quarter cup of corn. Seven dollars for three and an eighth pieces of chicken nugget. Seven dollars for a tablespoon of gravy. Seven dollars for no cheese. Seven dollars for a Dr. Pepper. But at least it was edible. Check your food before you pull off. Make them give you want you want or give you a refund because these 'restaurants' are getting ridiculous.

After a long day, my bf and I stopped in at 9pm and got our food fast and easy. The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had a good experience. Life’s been rough and a kind face and a smile is a relief sometimes. :)))

The staff let me stand at the counter for 15 minutes before they even came to the counter. Then they were out of mashed potatoes and gave me half servings of the other sides I purchased. The chicken was not golden brown but very dark brown from being fried in old grease/oil. I wouldn't waste my time buying anything at this location, because it's easy to tell that they don't care about customer service or their food products. A clean place to eat if you are willing to try the food. I will never go back here because the food was simply trash and not a franchise that follows KFC's standards.

This place is so dirty I didn't want to stay in the building to eat. The bathroom was even worse the toilet seat was black with what looked like mold or dirt with no hand soap or paper towels. I got the new chicken waffle meal and the chicken was pitiful and dry and hard as a rock. The waffle was over cooked and burnt. The lady the took my order was rude and asked me the same questions over and over about my meal and what sides and sauce I would like and then I ordered a Pepsi and she gave me a Dr. Pepper instead. I will never in a million year recommend this Kfc to anyone except for the people I dislike. On top of all of this i go back up to ask for a cup of ice and I see a worker preparing someone's food with no gloves on, he is using his bare hands to make the food!!!!!!!

Wasn't happy with the employees attitudes, but the store seemed to be clean, and they didn't mind me and my wife using the restroom unlike a lot of places it seems anymore. But the food was hot and it tasted like KFC is supposed to. So i'd give this place a chance again, even though it's not in the best of neighborhoods.
