5 years ago the service here was bad. Today the staff, while usually pretty busy, still manage to be friendly and helpful. And I love getting the chicken beasts there.Parking: Generally more than enough spots for the number of people there.
Service is good. But just ate the smallest pieces of drumsticks as part of a three piece meal out here. I didn't realize that chickens could be so small too. Lol. I will not repeat!

The customer service provided at this location is much better compared to other locations I've visited in this area. The gentlemen at the window and speaker was very friendly and polite, which I greatly appreciate with fast food. The chicken tenders were a bit tough, but good. I appreciated the additional condiments like honey and BBQ that I didn't even have to request.

This K.F.C. is by far the worst one around. Ask for condiments, (butter & honey) never get any. Buy 8pc bucket. Only get two little kfc dip cups free. Gotta pay for more. Staff is rude and un managed. No cookies, no cakes, no beans. Spent 30.00 that's the only thing they do good or right, is taking your money. I will never

This KFC needs to do better! [ Broken windows all around the store]The employee's are very rude and wanted to argue about food people are paying for. If the customer isn't happy then they should be able to hand you back the food that isn't worth the money. The store is dirty. They need to get someone in there to show the employee's how to take care of the store itself. Teach them how to take pride in your work, and how to work with the public." It is customer service "

Ordered 3 piece white meat extra crispy. Got a 2 piece drum and thigh. Ordered 3 piece tenders, got the tenders, but they were so over done that they are inedible and they were ridiculously small. Probably done with KFC.

Placed order online took 10 min to get there...waited 20 more for the food. One of the employees had slides on there feet. I am.sure that is not part of the dress code. Boxed open and just dirty and unorganized.

Worst fast food ever KFC on 161,I didn't get to order my food, and was the only one there in line they ignored me. I had Just gotten of from in work. SO RULED.
The service is terrible, it took 45 minutes to deliver my order.Close the place!

Been sitting at the drive thru speaker for 15 minutes. Two people have told me to wait and now they're not responding. I asked if they're open and nobody answered. Ended up having to go to another KFC. There were 6 cars lined up behind me and another car drove off, and then so did I.
