I went to this kfc location, 0/10 overall service. There has to be too much going on where they don’t care to take your order quickly or acknowledge they’ll be right with you, along with crazy wait times just for the food to come out with hair on it. Their workers are EXTREMELY rude such as coping and attitude when I said hello because they left in the middle of taking my order to help another customer inside the store an I didn’t know (because I went through the drive thru), sighing after I answered when they asked ME if I WANTED a combo, getting mad when I didn’t pull forward because they never told me too or tell me my total, Nothing is right about this location don’t waste your time and money it’s not worth it. Play with your mamas food not mine. I tried to be extra nice an considerate especially on a hot day, but playing with people’s food is TOO much.

Was the worse experience we ever had and slow the guy that was there done it all he ran the register cause the new girl in training and he also packed orders and told people what was needed and he had to run the whole place I felt sorry for him he definitely had patience of steel I commend him but the others that was working with him really need to be let go and get him some real help

This location needs to close the crew is horrible the General manager should not be a manager at all he doesn't know how to do anything he does filter the grease out he doesn't know how to manage this is a joke the management should be fired including the district manager all should be fired I'm going to have the health department investigation on this location

I can see why this place has 2.9 stars they were laughing at me while i was ordering also some other person who was also connected to the drive through kept on talking during my order which made it difficult for me to hear.I was honestly trying to be nice because I know how it feels to work this late but honestly they were really disrespectful.

After waiting 15 minutes for the meal I ordered and paid for an employee came out empty handed and asked what I ordered. Still waiting 10 minutes later.I recommend you go to another location or just somewhere else.
Went through drive thru, person was rude asf. Didn't completely take my whole order. Rudy told me to GoTo His Window. Got there. Was handed a order that looked like nothing I had ordered. So before paying, I drove around and went in. Showed them what I had, and what I ordered. Nothing was right. I made them remake my whole order right in front of me got my food and walked out. I doordash from here, and wonder what others think? Qlso biscuits weren't cooked through
Not sure what it is with these Westside KFCs. But they all suck. Better off going anywhere else.

Avoid this location. Lobby is typically closed and you have to go thru drive in. I went on a Sunday afternoon and the voice at the speaker said they were out of chicken! On a Sunday? REALLY?Said 2 come back in 40 mins. If this wasn't a corp restaurant, it would be out of business. Go to W Broad, Sullivant Ave location or Popeyes.

Pulled up to the window on a Saturday night and told its going to be a 30 minute wait on orders!! Seriously, get it together, went next door to Taco Bell, they don't have sit down restaurant wait tines, get it together
