At this point I'd rather give my money to a different KFC. One time I went in there and was one of 3 customers and it still took 20 min just to get my order. Another time ordered door dash, and it took this location an hour and a half, and at the end of it, I STILL didn't didn't get. My food and had to call door dash to try to get a refund. The poor driver was at the restaurant that entire time. I think this stretch of broad St would be all for the better if this location just permanently closed. Absolutely ridiculous

35 minutes for a drive through order. The worse part is when they game me my order it was someone else’s. So I had to wait another 15 minutes. Just for large mashed potatoes, large coleslaw and 6 biscuits. Never again.

If you have 30 to 45 minutes to spare once you get to the location, this place isn't too bad. If you expect fast service and an accurate order, you might want to go somewhere else. At this point Ill drive 10-15 minutes out of my way to go to a different KFC. In the end it would save me time.

We ordered online. The order was 25 minutes late. We tried to get the attention of staff. They held up their hand to shut us up.
When we got it home the chicken was dry overcooked and looked like leftover scraps.

Why is it that I go through the drive-thru and pay for my food at exactly 9:15 p.m. on August 21st. they tell me to pull into a parking spot and they would bring it out. it has now been 36 minutes and I am still waiting in the same parking spot for them to bring me out my food that I paid for? There are two other vehicles that are here as well that ordered ahead of me waiting and parking spots next to me. I had a plain simple order which was the five tender big box meal. I've gone and asked for my money back as I just want to go somewhere else to eat since I paid cash in which they refused until I threaten to call the police and informed them that I have a dash camera that has been recording this entire time. At that time, they ended up giving me a full refund and I went somewhere else instead.

Didn’t Receive my full order and the bag was sealed to keep fresh so i didn’t check it before leaving. I paid for wedges and some other items that weren’t in my bag. Very disappointed. Won’t be returning!

My husband gets us KFC on Tue/Thursday and it has been horrible. Not sure if the chicken has been under hot lights all day or what, but yucky. And for some reason,either the person who puts the order together can’t count or they are too busy to care but always missing a piece of chicken or other. I have asked my husband to not go back anymore. Fair share for those who get carry out, this is a skip for us now.

Beware. Ordered and paid two hours in advance. Employees hadn't bothered to fill the order. No other customers present. Had to stand around, waiting for fifteen minutes. Two of the five employees on site appeared not to be working.

This places service is all over the place, for a long time it was good but now it's gone back to horrible. CHECK YOUR BAG, they NEVER give you all your food.

They mess up my order literally 100% of the time now, at this point it feels like they are just trying to see what they can get away with.

Slow, ALL THE TIME. Every time I go to this location they tell me it will be a 8 min wait, tonight it was 20 min. Ordered a 12 piece meal. I received all dark meat, 7 thighs, 3 wings and 2 drumsticks. Chicken was hot but 'slimey' and the skin/breading just slid off the meat. Skip this place and go to Popeyes down on Brice... 0 out of 10
