The girl running the drive thru was borderline rude. The chicken was probably a week old and not even close to edible!!!! The tea didn't have 1 ice cube. Oh and I was told my meal didn't come with a drink when the board literally said "comes with biscuit, 1 side and a drink". Needless to say, I didn't get the biscuit either. I definitely won't be going back to this location!!!

The food is good but on mobile orders. They would make ready even though it's not ready you will be waiting for 15 to 20 minutes after when it was marked ready for your order to be completed.

I have never had a great experience at this store. It's not for lack of trying by the staff that are there, it just seems they are woefully understaffed. Makes for long waits, inconsistent food, and an overall disappointing experience.

I'd rate it a 0 and call the health department! I plan to call them already so this hell hole gets shut down. The rudest employees, the worst food, which will either be cold, old or give you food poisoning, sometimes it even has bugs in it!!! NEVER go here ever. Call the Ohio Health Dept!!

Went through the drive thru on 08/19/25 at around 4:35pm when there were no other customers and attempted to order something. I asked if they had a specific item and she said no, I tried to order something else and she got aggravated at me and told me idk what I wanted. I got fed up and left, and while I drove away she mockingly laughed out the drive thru window at me. I've never met a more nasty individual in the fastfood industry. I will never come back to this location.

By far the worse KFC I have ever been to in my entire life. If you’re looking for blatantly rude employees with a side of food poisoning this is the place for you!! Or if you like spending $25 for the only edible thing you received to be biscuits, then you’ll love this place!

This will be the last time I order KFC. Ordered a bucket of chicken for my family, the chicken was undercooked, it was moist and mushy instead of being crispy. I could not be any more disappointed. The food quality was beyond poor.
