Drive thru speaker does not work properly cant hardly hear what's being said. I pulled up and paid at the window (grant you there was no one else in line for food)then the girl asked me to pull up and she would bring it out when it was ready.10 minutes later she comes out . I took the food back to my office and when i opened the box the chicken was almost cold the was literally grease puddled in the bottom of the box and the chicken you could tell was hours older than should have been served. As a ex KFC employee this was way under par . Do yall even give a dang anymore , i ended up throwing the whole meal away.

Slowest fast food place ever. They take forever to take your order, you wait till the car in front of you got their food until they take your order, then you wait forever after you placed your order. Every single time you have to pull to the side and wait.

Went here 30 mins before closing. Instead of employees saying they don’t want to take anymore orders, they took my money for a chicken sandwich and gave me a cold (not room temperature) a COLD sandwich. Maybe they microwaved a frozen piece of chicken. This was my first time coming here in 5 years and will NOT return.

I should have looked at the reviews before going to this location. DO NOT GO HERE! Tonight October 1st I went to this location ordered food and was told to pull around and my food would be brought out to me by an employee. Odd but I didn’t question it. I pull around to another car in front of me. We both waited about 10mins before the car in front got their order and pulled off. The manager Dena comes out and lets me know that it will be another 20 mins for my order if I would like to have crispy chicken. I told her no thanks that I would take the original. She says no problem and tells me I have about 5 more mins to wait. I waited 20 more mins before I went in. I stood there with 2 kids and had to look a worker dead in the eye and ask if she could help me. She yells “the lady from the drive through is here” I then hear works arguing about how the order isn’t done and who’s to blame. I had to yell “I just want a refund can a manager help” before Dena came out to help. She apologized. Now thanks Dena but you gotta get your crew together. Does KFC know you all are playing on the clock instead of working!?!?

At this point I'd rather give my money to a different KFC. One time I went in there and was one of 3 customers and it still took 20 min just to get my order. Another time ordered door dash, and it took this location an hour and a half, and at the end of it, I STILL didn't didn't get. My food and had to call door dash to try to get a refund. The poor driver was at the restaurant that entire time. I think this stretch of broad St would be all for the better if this location just permanently closed. Absolutely ridiculous

35 minutes for a drive through order. The worse part is when they game me my order it was someone else’s. So I had to wait another 15 minutes. Just for large mashed potatoes, large coleslaw and 6 biscuits. Never again.
