Anytime i visit this KFC i expect practically mediocre food, but tonight; there were only TWO employees and even though the wait was a little long which I was totally okay with considering the working conditions the food was absolutely amazing, it felt like they actually put love and care into it even if the night was stressful. The two nice people working here 11/27 at 9pm DESERVE A RAISE ??

Very poor quality of food that tastes like it was cooked yesterday, and instead of wasting it they serve it to customers. Nothing hot or fresh. Chicken was hard, chewy and dried out. Fries were equally hard and cold. Just nasty.

I went at an off time 2:15pm and ordered a 12piece bucket. It took a few minutes and I realized why when I arrived home my chicken was darker then usual and I'm sure it was refried to crip it up. Once I started to eat the chicken it was really crisp and still juicy so from now on I think I'll ask them to refry my chicken a couple mins. Try it because it's actually better then the regular way.

I received these wings, and although I try not to stir any issues, I initially thought they were darker than usual. However, my wings were definitely cooked in burnt oil! Although I detest this place, I adore these wings. Every day, there are just two employees, and even though they keep telling me to pull up, I've been waiting for almost twenty-five minutes by the time I check the clock. After waiting for so long, I had to walk inside and request my lunch. I frequently get poor quality service even though I live nearby and this is the closest one. Kindly improve. KFC

I don't know what's going on at these KFC's why they have people sitting in their parking lot that as you're pulling in rushed to get in there drive-thru line ahead of you. But I've seen it happen at more than one KFC and this time I don't know what was going on. I went to the drive-thru nobody ever answered. The drive-thru I went to the doors. Both doors were locked. This is at 2:45 on a Thursday and then I go back to the drive-thru the same car that all of a sudden is ahead of me. Now. It's still sitting there and then there's an additional card that never ever pulled on the lot. I'm so confused. What kind of McChicken games are y'all playing?

I usually don't do this but, I had to sat something about the drive thru. I just sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes for a large coleslaw. This is ridiculous & it's not the first time this has happen. I eat here frequently, it's always like this. While waiting there were at least 3 cars the ordered & then pulled of because how slow the line was going. And went over to McDonald's. This location is losing $$$$. Something needs to change.

Ordered threw uber it took almost a hour and a half to give my driver my food. Once I finally received it everything was ice cold and old and I was missing my drink. This store is terrible.

After a long day at work I decided to try something new to me, KFC. What a disappointment! I ordered a #3 meal for my husband. I didn't know it came with a drink, which is a good thing I guess, since they didn't give it to me. They also charged me for the coleslaw that is supposed to be part of the meal. Did I mention that they forgot to stick the biscuit in the bag? Also, my husband said the chicken tasted like it had been sitting around for a while.I also ordered chicken tenders and buffalo ranch sauce. They were out of the sauce and by the way, " We don't have tenders". So, I ordered nuggets instead. The nuggets were apparently sitting around since 1974. AND they didn't give me the sauce I did order ( it could have masked the taste of botulism). So a total of $16 for no food. But wait, It gets better! I tried to call the restaurant, after all I'm a fair person. Their phone went straight to a fax machine. I called multiple times with the same outcome. SO, I went online to get a number for the corporate office. I was on hold for a lonnng time. I ended up filling out an online form. You won't believe this but after I hit the submit button the message actually said.... "Colonel Harland David Sanders will get back to you shortly!" Should I hold my breath waiting for a dead guy to get back with me? I've heard being dead is pretty time consuming. I suppose it's possible the employees were just having a bad day. I'll never go back there again to find out if that was the case. (Disclaimer: Nobody was actually harmed by the food. No botulism occurred.)
