Refused 16 piece order at 7:30 pm not cooking any more extra crispy and they close at 10:30 that was a $60+ order plus any others after us all I have to say is

If they ever have chicken to sell it’s good. I’ve just never in my life seen a restaurant that so consistently doesn’t have the only item they sell. You would think it wouldn’t be hard to stock extra chicken or put more down when they know it’s going to be busy. Doesn’t matter the day or time, they’ll always be out of chicken

I had an awful experience at this KFC location. My father and I were falsely accused of taking the wrong meal by a young lady at the counter. She claimed to have checked the cameras, yet we had to wait an additional 30 minutes before finally receiving our order. When we got it, the employee decided to argue with me further. Feeling uncomfortable and not trusting the safety of the food after the argument, I chose to throw the meal away.
The hygiene at this location is also alarming. I saw employees using their phones and not washing their hands afterward. To make matters worse, a cup was dropped on the ground, and the employee picked it up and placed it back in the to-go area without cleaning it.
This is unacceptable customer service and completely unsanitary. I do not recommend going to this location, and I will be requesting a meeting with management and corporate to address these serious issues.

Drive thru is chaotic , employee was arguing with a customer while she kept the mic on and made it very difficult to know if she was trying to take my order or argue with others when she spoke, got the wrong size drink. The food took 15 minutes when there was an empty parking lot and a very slow traffic in drive thru. I always have issues here but it’s close to my work so on break I’ve tried it many times. This is my last at this location

Placed an online order 45 mins in advance got there to no food. 20 mins later told 10 more mins on biscuits. Thanks to whoever built the Canes across Hamilton road
Gave my order 3 times, drove up to the window to be asked it again watching the female manager sway back n forth barely able to keep her eyes open. I would take the extra time as the owner to keep drugs out of your establishment. Especially from workers preparing food. Ridiculous

Great crispy chicken & sides.
The tables were all dirty of crumbs when arrived, had to ask an employee to wipe off a table. I think there chairs could be wiped down several times a year, if not monthly. The tables definitely should be cleaned daily, especially with the oils that can be tracked due to the absorbing through the paper bags & Parchment paper.
The food was hot and fresh but the cleanliness was definitely not up to par the bathroom was filthy I needed a bath after I washed my hands the tables were dirty the doors and handles coming in and out were just nasty but I waited for the chicken to get ready so it was hot
Did not get my biscuit with my dinner!
The worst customer service I have ever had. All associates are disrespectful. I will never visit this restaurant again
