Absolutely worst place to order food from spent 40$ for food and apparently they didn't have it so in the end after they transferred my order to a store far away I got 3 chicken wings and a drink for my 40$ if never suggest this place to anyone

If I could give 0 stars I would this place should be closed down honestly, the customer service is terrible, first off they are rude and took them at least 5 minutes to come out the back to greet us , it doesn’t look appealing from the outside or the inside , I completely understand why the rating is low and the business is so slow it fully makes sense 10/10 don’t recommend!!!!!

This place is so nasty. Old food, nothing is stocked, dirty bathroom, trash all over the restaurant, no one wiped any of the tables, didn't have any tea and it was barely lunch time. Saw a worker who was working with the chicken, go to the bathroom and not wash his hands. The chicken was dry, old, and made me so sick. The floor was sticky. I can not believe no one actually works at this store. How are people supposed to eat out and make you money, if you can't even clean your store and have fresh food? Worst place to ever go to and we will NEVER be back!! If I could, I'd give no star's.

The lady taking orders seemed rude and was on the phone and just barking at workers and not helping. After 20 minutes on the workers checked in me and didn’t have my online order anywhere but remembered seeing it come through and got it ready finally after checking my order on my phone.

This is one of the worst representation spots to a big brand like KFC. Firstly, the customer service representatives supposed to be picked on a specific characteristics to represent the brand. In this branch specifically the people are very rude, mocking customers, make fun for their accents, talk with attitude.
Secondly, the food is cold, awful in taste, and the order missing the sauces that repeated twice to be added in the chasher.
This is one of the most awful and disrespectful ways that someone take or give me an order in my entire life and this is will let me think twice before I return back to buy from this brand.
I feel sad about this brand all his nostalgic vibes and this is very harmful for this big brand businesses and its negatively impacted it's name.
I've traveled in many countries around the world and it's shocking to me that in USA this big name have the worst menu items variations, offers and food quality.
Wake up KFC, the US market is full of other options that galaxies far from your level right now unfortunately.

Only giving one star because I couldn't give lower! Went through the drive through for 2 chicken Littles, a large fry and apple pie bites. Was asked to pull to the side where they would bring it out. Sat there for 15 minutes, and when they finally brought it out, the chicken Littles were cold (as if they were sitting there for a half hour) and the fries tasted like they were from this morning! Tried calling and kept getting hung up on!! Save yourself the money and the upset stomach!!! Don't eat here! I'll drive to pickerington kfc next time (much better food and service!!!)

Did not open on time & had me waiting. Was heavily inconvenienced as I tried to stop for food on my route home. I got there at 10:33 (they opened at 10:30… allegedly). I said “hello” to the speaker since nobody spoke. No response. Drove to the window, nobody to be found. Drove back to the speaker (maybe the didn’t hear me?), no response. I called & they said they’re not open for another 10 mins?? I sit there contemplating do I really want to wait. Then a skunk sprayed in the area & I was just ready to go. They then hop on the speaker & say they need another several minutes, and I did get frustrated & asked what time they opened. Instead of them saying “10:30” she responded with “we’re not open”. Didn’t give a reason or anything. If they said someone called off or a machine was down, I would’ve had more grace/understanding. But I have nothing besides feeling inconvenienced at a “fast food” restaurant. Not only did I have to wait, but I had to spend more time going elsewhere which was out the way. Not sure how they’re running 10 mins behind, it sounds like they need to arrive earlier.

Doesn't matter if it's busy or not, it's gonna take a long time to get your food. Chicken is always dry. The staff is friendly, it just seems there's never enough workers to handle drive through and walk-ins. The dining room always looks dirty, I wouldn't eat inside and honestly, I likely won't get food from here anymore as the quality of the food is bad. KFC has become the Domino's Pizza of chicken restaurants.

This is THEE WORST KFC I've ever dealt with. Pulled in the other day to order at 8pm and they had no chicken strips or Mac and cheese. Today I ordered at 830, no chicken, Mac, chicken little buns, I mean what the hell. And the excuse was we're end of the night. You close at 11pm?!?
