Really needs better staff. It is in a great location so you wouldn’t expect poor customer service or no response when you go through the drive thru. I circled the area to give them time to prepare and they were still irresponsible to open on time. Please make improvements to this location!!!

Is this location going out of business?? I’ve been going here since they first opened. For the past 1 1/2 years, service has taken a horrible nose dive.
Excuses:
Out of chicken, employee on his way to get more
Out of breasts and wings
Out of Cole slaw and biscuits
Correct change only, couldn’t get to the bank today
Drive through, no one in front of me. 9 min wait, 17 min wait, 23 min wait !!! Excuse, you’ll have to wait I’m busy.
I questioned the lady about the pot pie special when it was 3/$12. She told me she was the district manager and there never was a special like that. Very mean.

I’ve always loved KFC. This location has run all of their business away.

I just went through the drive through and it always takes forever to get to the menu, they will literally service one car at a time and will not take your order until the car in front of you has their food and pulls out. Then they never have anything, this is the 3rd time I have come over the years “YEARS” and they are always out of pot pies. When I asked for them the guy says “we ain’t got no pot pies”, I asked him how long do they usually take if they are made when ordered? He says “we make them from scratch and they take 30 minutes” . I told him that is fine I’ll wait for it. He then asks in a very sarcastic voice “ YOU GONE WAIT 30 MINUTES?!” I then asked to speak to a manager and he stated “I am the manager”. I just had to leave they are so rude and don’t want to work. They should just shut that location down I’m sure it’s costing the company more than it’s bringing in!

Abhorrent customer service. I made my order online 30 minutes prior. Proceeded to be ignored at the drive thru window for 10 minutes to when the lady who came in proceeded to tell me my order wasn’t ready and that I needed to physically come in only to then see my order was ready and had now gone cold.
There was absolutely no reason to be rude.

Absolutely worst place to order food from spent 40$ for food and apparently they didn't have it so in the end after they transferred my order to a store far away I got 3 chicken wings and a drink for my 40$ if never suggest this place to anyone

If I could give 0 stars I would this place should be closed down honestly, the customer service is terrible, first off they are rude and took them at least 5 minutes to come out the back to greet us , it doesn’t look appealing from the outside or the inside , I completely understand why the rating is low and the business is so slow it fully makes sense 10/10 don’t recommend!!!!!

This place is so nasty. Old food, nothing is stocked, dirty bathroom, trash all over the restaurant, no one wiped any of the tables, didn't have any tea and it was barely lunch time. Saw a worker who was working with the chicken, go to the bathroom and not wash his hands. The chicken was dry, old, and made me so sick. The floor was sticky. I can not believe no one actually works at this store. How are people supposed to eat out and make you money, if you can't even clean your store and have fresh food? Worst place to ever go to and we will NEVER be back!! If I could, I'd give no star's.

The lady taking orders seemed rude and was on the phone and just barking at workers and not helping. After 20 minutes on the workers checked in me and didn’t have my online order anywhere but remembered seeing it come through and got it ready finally after checking my order on my phone.

This is one of the worst representation spots to a big brand like KFC. Firstly, the customer service representatives supposed to be picked on a specific characteristics to represent the brand. In this branch specifically the people are very rude, mocking customers, make fun for their accents, talk with attitude.

Secondly, the food is cold, awful in taste, and the order missing the sauces that repeated twice to be added in the chasher.

This is one of the most awful and disrespectful ways that someone take or give me an order in my entire life and this is will let me think twice before I return back to buy from this brand.

I feel sad about this brand all his nostalgic vibes and this is very harmful for this big brand businesses and its negatively impacted it's name.

I've traveled in many countries around the world and it's shocking to me that in USA this big name have the worst menu items variations, offers and food quality.

Wake up KFC, the US market is full of other options that galaxies far from your level right now unfortunately.
