This is THEE WORST KFC I've ever dealt with. Pulled in the other day to order at 8pm and they had no chicken strips or Mac and cheese. Today I ordered at 830, no chicken, Mac, chicken little buns, I mean what the hell. And the excuse was we're end of the night. You close at 11pm?!?

Do not go to this location. Some of the many issues i have encountered are, dust bunny in the bucket of chicken, horrible customer service, always pulling around to wait for drive thru orders and chicken that taste nothing like a typical KFC. I could get over the service issues if the food was adequate but my god is it bad at this location. I stopped going 6 months ago. KFC should do the right thing and permanently close this location. It's borderline criminal charging money for the product being sold.

Waited 10 minutes to receive the wrong order

Awful customer service. Delivery driver forgot ALL of the sides we ordered, so we only received chicken and biscuits. We this was second time this has happened to me. I tried calling a dozen times- No answer. Tried complaining through the KFC app that we ordered on- sat in a queue forever. Drove there to get my order remade and the “manager” on duty never apologized, had an attitude, and tried to argue with me. She told me she would ask her GM if they could remake my food because they don’t usually do that. What? Then she puts me on speaker phone with the GM who also argued with me about making my food and refunding my money for the inconvenience. She tried to tell me that they don’t make money through the third party app and I told her we ordered through KFCs app which she said they are not responsible for. Huh? Finally got them to remake my food, and the person who made it STILL messed up the order. Gave me too many mashed potatoes and no cole slaw. Luckily I checked the bag before I left. I will never give another penny of my money to KFC ever again.

Clown that served me couldn't even remember the sause for my nuggets. Gave me a Fork too eat mashed potatoes and gravy. Place was empty when other fast food places was very busy at 5:30 pm. That should have been a clue for me. Dought I'll be back.

Ordered on the app ahead of time to pickup my order, and when i went to pick it up the person at the drive though told me they were closed because they ran out of product and told me i had to cancel the order and get a refund, the place looks really dirty too and should really just close. You'd have better luck going to the nearby canes, popeyes, or getting the fried chicken at kroger.

Enter the drive-through place my order I said it would be 20 minutes for them to cook more. Chicken waited 20 minutes. So I went in to ask where is my food? It’s been 20 minutes. I then asked to speak to a manager. The manager said it will be Nine more minutes.. She said do you want your money back? I said yes I asked her for her name. She said I don’t need to know her name this happened around 5:00 PM on a Sunday. March 23 horrible horrible experience and it’s not the first time it’s happened won’t be back

This location is out of items a lot more than they should be. Today they are out of fries and sweet tea. On top of that I had to eat my chicken sandwich with no bun because the bun was so hard as if it sat out all day. I don’t trust the food handling here.

They screw up your order and dont give a receipt so when you realize its screwed up they can hide behind the fact that i dont have a receipt to avoid replacing it. This location seems to have gone WAY down hill. Food is still tasty just dont use this location.
