I’m just coming back. I bought a Popeye yesterday and it almost killed me. It was old and I was so sick. I know the food poison me please don’t ever eat there. The lady is real pretty and fancy but their food it will kill you never ever go to KFC That one. It was terrible. I’m still sick today. You suck KFC you and your food.

So I ordered through the KFC app. I chose delivery. It brought up this store. I was watching for the status of the delivery. It said my driver was having a hard time finding my house. I texted the driver on what to look for. Then I got a update saying that it handed to me. Went outside and nothing was there. I talked to Doordash 3 different times. First person I talked to asked me if would like a refund or reordered. I said reordered. I was waiting on the text to say it was coming. I got nothing. I called Doordash again they said I had to call the store where the order was coming from. All it did was ring and ring then eventually hung up. I tried calling that store a total of 10 times. No one picked up. So I went there and the lot lights weren't on. I went up to the speaker. I told them what happened they brought up my order. They said they couldn't remake it since it was already made and they couldn't give me a refund, that I would have to be in contact with where it was placed. Even though when I ordered through the app it gave me this location. Now I ordered from another store about a month ago and the Doordash delivery was on a bike and someone stole my food. I called that store the order was coming from and they gave me a refund. This crew working there tonight is awful no customer service and should all be fired. They are just lazy by having no lot lights on when they are supposed to be open. They all need to be fired.

I just got home from picking up my 6 piece meal deal. It only has 4 pieces! Disgusting! I sensed it in the store. The woman wouldn't look at me because she knew she only put 4 pieces in my order. And the pepsi is completely flat. The store wasn't even busy. I guess that should have been a sign.

Terrible. I suggest terminating everyone starting with the GM. Hire professional motivated staff. I ordered a large mashed potato only. And it was burned!!! Last time, the chicken was old, greasy, and tasted like dirty grease.

store does not open on time, placed an order online and arrived 30 minutes after opening and all the doors are locked and the employees are ignoring everyone in the drive through. no way to contact or get any support either

Pulled into the parking lot of this establishment to order inside. There was an employee who said he’s the owner outside talking to people who were hanging out at the establishment. He said the locations lobby was closed, which I then proceeded to inquire as to why. (Because in previous drive through discussions they were without electricity.) His answer was, “I don’t have to explain myself to you.” Which then I responded, you don’t have to be rude. As a customer I was inquiring. He then said, “this is my business, and it’s none of your business, you can use our drive through.” My issue with this interaction is that as a regular customer, my follow up was just to see if they were okay. If he wasn’t at liberty to disclose he could’ve said that in a most respectful way. Excluding the cursing that came in his response.

It was an older black man working on Monday, July 1 at 5:30pm. The cameras should reflect him outside.

Did not get my biscuits. I ordered online and when I got home my biscuits were not in the bag with the order. They did seem to be understaffed but was looking forward to the biscuits

KFC has gone all the way down the staff are horrible the food is terrible management is rude as a rattlesnake no accountability they put everything in the box but what you ordered don't complain about anything cuz then they going to be mean as a pitbull one girl tried to tell me she told her staff to make my order a certain way but I watched her make it then I was told there was no refunds even though I didn't get a biscuit I had the wrong pieces of meat and the wrong kind I got everything but what I ordered

Had a great experience today at kfc , I was having a hard time waiting for laundry so I walked in and ordered . The gentleman there was so nice even though his shift just ended he gave me an extra kfc sauce since I’ve never tried it and made sure my order came out hot and ready. I wasn’t a fan of the nuggets with Carolina gold a bit to greasy but the chicken sandwiches never miss
