If I could give this 0 stars I would. I ordered 2 two piece combos though door dash . The order took so long 2 driver canceled after waiting 30 mins ,when I finally received my order the chicken was missing!!! The wedges were severely over cooked

Normally I don't even bother coming to this location because everytime I come there is some issues. Decided to try it today because I was watching the games nearby. Tried to run here real quick and basically got a run down of what they don't have and just ended up leaving and getting wings from somewhere else.

The only reason I gave this location 1 star, is because they don't give us the option of 0 stars. I went to this location, waited for 20 minutes and was never waited on. The sad thing is that I was the only customer in line. I asked if anyone was working the register and the staff just looked at me. So I walked out. I will never visit this location again. I have been in customer service for MANY years and have never treated a customer this way. I would like to add that I went to the KFC on Stringtown Rd in Grove City, after I walked out of this location, and received THE BEST customer service I could have asked for. With that said, maybe the staff at this location should visit the Stringtown Rd location so they can learn how to treat customers.

I don’t think I’ve ever had nastier service than here. How do you even have warm fountain drinks? It was unbearable to drink and the order wrong but I didn’t care at that point. Avoid.

This place is horrible. The doors were locked. Only drive through was open . We were told there was a 15 minute wait for chicken. Told to park and they would bring the food to us. Thirty minutes later people who came after us were getting their food! Went back on the line to get a refund. The guy at the window was extremely rude. Slamming the window in my face! I will never go there again. If I could I would give them a negative review!

We went through the drive thru for a late lunch yesterday and the worker was great! He talked us through a couple of options since we don’t go to KFC often. Service was fast and attentive. The chicken was crispy and juicy, the biscuit had a crispy outside and soft inside. The lemonade tasted “weird” so my mom dumped it.

Never getting food from this KFC ever again so I bought a three-piece two legs And a wing I had a small mac & cheese with it so I ate two legs first I took one bite of the macaroni and cheese when I was getting ready for the second bite, I found a piece of hair inside of the food that was so nasty I threw up everything maybe all of the cooks needs a hair tie and a hair net
