The WORST KFC EVER ! I don’t go here that often but when I do they ALWAYS mess my order up ! Waited on my food for 30mins , and they won’t give you your money back !!!

Play stopped in at the Kentucky fried Chicken slash Long John silver's 2 Days in a row.Both times I ordered the shrimp. The first time the shrimp was old and cold.I asked for fresh made both times.

Food was garbage super dry and all the employees were just playing on their phones had to drive up to the window to get an order and they still just played on the phone till I honked. I've worked for KFC and it's not that hard.

Ordered hush puppies and $30 worth chicken and fish with mashed potatoes. Mashed potatoes had the gravy dumped on them. Only got fish not one piece of chicken. Hush puppies, after waiting 10 minutes they came out with food so oh wait you had half and half so we gave the order back. Waited another 15 minutes for our food and hush puppies. 30 minutes $30 and not one piece of chicken.

Do not come here if you are expecting "fast food". This location will have you pull up to the side and wait 15-20 mins just to get a combo or two. And it's every time we come here, this happens.

I ordered here the other night and got the same thing I always get. But for some reason when I asked for extra gravy they gave me none. So I had to take it back so I did. The guy was real nice he even gave me a few things for me having to come all the way back. But when I got home oh my goodness. Me and my boyfriend took a bite out of the bowls. And it tasted like cleaner so not only did we waste our time and money. We weren't even able to eat the food.. That's the worst experience I have ever had with this kfc. The coleslaw was the only thing that was half way decent.

This store is unbelievable went in this location to order some food and stood at the counter for 10 minutes with no one in sight to take my order. A girl came out the bathroom in night clothes and walked behind the counter and was making food these employees look dirty and ghetto and Corperate needs to look into this situation the whole place looked nasty and disgusting I didn’t know people in food service can wear pajamas!!!!

Food was ok, but seems some things have changed over the years, such as coleslaw is dry now. Even tipping the container sideways almost no slaw sauce came out.Value for money is debatable, large sides are only filled maybe 2/3 full. Have been here several times and seems the lobby isnt much tended to even when not busy. Might just be the location. Even in slow times tables are not cleaned and drink station is a mess. A couple times people's orders were taken and next in line wasnt wrang up until person ahead of them received their food, causing some to leave due to long waits.* Google requested an updateWent in today about 15 minutes after opening. The place was dirty appearing to have been left dirty the night before. Tables had food and drink on them. The soda area was covered in soda, the little trash hole for straw papers was over flowing and oozing .Floors were filthy as was the surround thing (3ft barrier that has seating in it) it had muddy/dusty shoe prints all over it. Glass was covered in smudges and finger/hand prints.It took about 15 minutes to be acknowledged to take my order. There was a lady in her car at the drive through also waiting to see someone she ended up taking off after about 10 mins.Seems to me whomever is in charge of closing isn't ensuring night staff is cleaning up as I'm pretty sure I was the first customer, the mgr hadn't even allocated who was doing drive-thru or front (she asked them and got them set up before anyone payed attention to me standing there) so I know that wasn't morning shifts mess.
