Had chicken strips, they were spicy, also two pieces meal, asked for original, they put a lot of mexican spice on. Won't be back or a few months, maybe they will go back to original foods.

I come here all the time and ALWAYS get the food I ask for. Yall must have new people working in there because they don't know what there doing. When I came this day June the 5th around 1pm I asked for an 8 pc meal with it having 2 breasts and the rest thighs in original. At first the young lady said it will be a 16 mins wait because they just dropped some chicken. I said, it's okay that I will wait. Then she goes and and says hold on, and starts counting the chicken while on mic and she said she acfually had enough and what were my 2 sides. As I was telling her the sides, someone else gets on the mic and asked me to repeat what I wanted again. Which I did. Then she goes on saying, Oh we can't do that. I said why not, they do it for me all the time. She says, well we are Not doing that today. Then she says there is a deal on dark meat so we need to keep all our dark meat so we can't honour you that. Like whatever that means? Yall are a chicken joint and you need to save dark meat, like what? But no sign whatsoever saying there was a deal on dark meat cause if that's the case, why can't I have my meal mostly DARK MEAT? MAKE IT MAKE SENSE.

I drive past 2 other KFCs just to get the fresh quality and good service the Colonel wanted from his stores. This location has great chicken.
I enjoy eating the meals. Especially the chicken bowls, and the amazing pot pie! The pot pie is incredible to me! I love dark meat like the thigh and leg meals.
My complaint is that sometimes They run out of items and don't tell you (late at night). My family works at hospitals, late shifts. For example, your chicken bowl Wont have gravy or corn. Just chicken, mashed potatoes, and shredded cheese (or not at times).
You won't know until you get home. Or you go and they tell you up front they almost out of everything "good." This could be due to the delivery truck/supply delays during the Pandemic. Maybe.
