Ordered 16 piece original recipe through UBER Eats. UBER driver I gave 5 stars and a tip. The food was hot and came within a reasonable timeframe. However, half the chicken pieces were thighs not one breast! Typically a 16 piece consist of 4 pieces of each wing, thigh, breast and drumstick.

Went to the drive threw took my order pulled up to the window ready to pay was to they were out of the drinks we ordered the only has Pepsi and Dr Pepper. Then was told they are making fresh chicken. Waited for 20 minutes for ”fresh food” got it got home and the chicken was old as hell was so tough to chew and fries were so crunchy they just crumbled when you bit them. Called even took back the food to show them and refused to remake the order or refund my order. extremely rude about it.

Can't even get a delivery order right... how? You have plenty of time, this location is dead....
i ordered through the website, and when i arrived no one was upfront. after five minutes someone came up to help us and give us our take away order. we looked, got everything so that’s good. watered down drinks. okay it happens. but all of our food is burnt … and these chicken strips are poor on size. and the fries have no seasoning
