i ordered through the website, and when i arrived no one was upfront. after five minutes someone came up to help us and give us our take away order. we looked, got everything so that’s good. watered down drinks. okay it happens. but all of our food is burnt … and these chicken strips are poor on size. and the fries have no seasoning

This is the second time that I've been there, and it was an unsatisfying visit. First time chicken sandwich was old, all the skin slid off, now I get served cold chicken, which th3y just dropped back down in the grease to make it hot. Was missing a biscuit, y'all need a new staff in that building

I have to score low because it's to be a standard to cut off there pop machines in the dining room this is The fourth location I've been to in the last 2 weeks they think people are stupid. Someone in management is telling them to do it, they have riff wraf coming taking pop probably that's not my fought. Tell them to leave most don't steal.if you want a refill you have walk up and ask and wait for a drink which makes you feel uncomfortable a greedy is K F C that bankrupt. Ghetto. I'm not coming back do better KFC the profit margin on pop is very good Why?
