wow just stay away from this place I ordered a meal deal I received 4 burnt pieces of chicken and 14 yes 14 fries phoned to complain and the man who claimed he was the manager was just not interested please just go elsewhere

We ordered a 16 piece family meal dark meat only with two mashed potatoes with gravy and two Fry's. We received a 16 piece mixed bucket, mashed potatoes without gravy and Fry's & 8 biscuits. The portions are supposed to be family sized however you can still see the bottom of the containers, we got 6 biscuits rather then 8. I called the store twice and there was no answer and I'm not surprised why. Absolutely the worse KFC I have ever been too.

Person taking orders had us wait 10 minutes just to order only one car in front of us then we had to wait another 5 just too pay and then had to pull forward and wait 30 minutes just to receive our food while other cars were pulling off. Terrible customer service as well.

Ordered 16 piece original recipe through UBER Eats. UBER driver I gave 5 stars and a tip. The food was hot and came within a reasonable timeframe. However, half the chicken pieces were thighs not one breast! Typically a 16 piece consist of 4 pieces of each wing, thigh, breast and drumstick.
