Literally been in the drive thru for over 30 minutes now because they decided to close the inside at 7pm on Dec 4th. There’s other food I can get that’s not going to waste my time like this. I’m never coming back.

Staff acted like they didn't want to wait on me. Ordered an 8 piece bucket all I got was dark meat not one breast. I am really disappointed and won't be back is there any good KFC places to go in Columbus where you don't get treated like crap.

I added two stars for the food because today (13 nov 25) my home health aide ordered me a $5 meal about 11:30 A M, the two piece chicken was dry, old and tasted like it has been fried over. I've never experienced this before at this location, I've ordered chicken from this location many times and it has been delicious. The staff has always greeted me with a smile and asked me what I wanted to order, everyone is polite and friendly.

Last time we will ever be there, outbof wings only had 1, no chicken pot pies, thought this was a chicken place? The 3piece meal was awful couldn't eat it looked like it was there for hours, employees standing around on there phones, they never can make change so we dont get it! Thus place is dirty, trust me never go there, no wonder they are not busy! I'm sure this place will be closed soon! Don't waste your money, just threw 12.00 in the trash!!!

*update* Ok 2 months later I decided to try it. Just don't. I went in figuring I would see the full menu (I was hoping potato wedges were still on the menu, they are not) while nobody was paying attention to the front counter I would say it only took about 5 min for someone to notice put together my order and I was out the door in another 5 min. I just got chicken tenders. They were dried out, thin and chewy. Seriously I've had the exact same experience, just like day old fast food chicken. I'm sure it wasn't day old. Just probably in a warmer for a few hours. But I just can't. I'm not paying $20 for something I literally could pull from my fridge and warm up and it be exactly the same. I should have stayed away when I seen the reviews. No convenient parking by any working door, homeless harassing you as you walk around the building.

Okay. So I am currently on the east side of Columbus, Ohio. I went here to this KFC to get some good chicken, but I wanted to use the restroom facilities first. First of all, I got denied. I got denied from doing that because they said both the restrooms were overflowing. This is the common thing that I'm getting when I am in the area of Oakland Park and Cleveland Avenue, and anywhere in between within a 10-mile radius. They will not let you use their restrooms at all. Why they have been like that, I got no idea for that, no reasoning for that. But the point is, it's unacceptable and they keep their facility very dirty. Nobody does any power washing.
They actually have homeless people in the back where they are trying to live, and that's not okay either. But the thing is, they have trash all over the facility. They also don't keep the place upkeep like they should. So I can only imagine the way that they are actually presenting this, if they're going to be able to get solid clients. And those ones that are, do they even know how dirty and nasty this KFC is? I don't think they are.
So in my humble opinion, I feel they definitely need to get the actual CEO in here and actually taking a look at this place because it's going down, and it's going down in a very bad way. I don't see this continuing in the next—I would say next six months to a year, this place will be shut down.
And yes, I am the reviewer. Yes, I am a YouTuber. Yes, I will go above and beyond to save the people and make people aware of trash businesses when they have practices that are just unacceptable. And this right here is so unacceptable. We got beer bottles, we got trash, we got needles, dirty needles laying around the facility. And you think that people want to come here, a place to eat? Let alone even go to the restroom.
So again, don't come here if you want to especially have any type of chicken, because you want that damn leg bucket of chicken. Go to Popeyes, guys. Go to Popeyes. It's a way better experience.

I stopped by KFC recently and had a really good experience. The food came out fresh, hot, and seasoned just right with that classic flavor you expect. The chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy inside, and the sides were also well prepared. The staff was friendly and worked quickly so I didn’t have to wait long even though the place was fairly busy. The dining area was clean and well kept which made it more enjoyable to eat there. Overall, I was very satisfied with both the food and service, and I’ll definitely be back whenever I’m craving fried chicken.
The food was okay but there was a worker there by the name of Anthony Russell that really gave us great customer service

Placed a delivery order. Ordered through the KFC website. When the food finally got delivered it was missing 1/3 of our meal. I tried to call to let them know as well as using the website to get a refund for the missing items. They will not pick up the phone nor answer the chat bot request. I will not be ordering from this fast food place again.
