Placed a delivery order. Ordered through the KFC website. When the food finally got delivered it was missing 1/3 of our meal. I tried to call to let them know as well as using the website to get a refund for the missing items. They will not pick up the phone nor answer the chat bot request. I will not be ordering from this fast food place again.

I was there at 10 last night..and they had a line and didn't even acknowledge the customers in the drive thru...they were not even closed. Like 4 cars pulled off ..they would greet the customer and say nothing else. Everyone left and went to Popeyes down the street...this was completely UNACCEPTABLE!! If I could give 0 Stars i would.where is management????

Dining room was closed at 7pm, had to use drive thru. Had trouble ordering due to female employee not listening. Ordered 2 of the 2 pieces fillups, and a 10 piece of fried pies. Was told it would be about a 3 minute wait and would I pull up to the post and they would bring it out. After an 18 minute wait, I went to the window and asked where my order was. A nice young guy looked it up and had to ask another person about it. He said that the ones that took the order were gone and he dropped a fresh order for me. The food was good, and He did his job correctly!
