I am very disappointed by the hiring managers and store managers of this location. I absolutely love KFC but to see the staff throw my fathers food, and change at him really made me upset. then for the manager to disrespect him, and hand him his money with an attitude AND come outside to shew him away like he's an insect....wow. that is why that store is empty. if you can't treat your customers right how can they trust you with their food. the one and only bad experience from...read full review
I arrived an hour before closing and they didnt have enough chicken for my order and refused to make any. Claiming they were slow so they shut their kitchen down. If that wasnt enough they were rude and dismissive. Glad I didnt give them my money, cause clearly they didnt want to make any.
It’s the height of traffic hour at 5pm today, so on the way home decided to get a three piece chicken combo with corn and mashed potatoes w/gravy and an additional biscuit and a fruit punch to drink. There seemed to be some confusion or argument between the guy at the drive thru register and the employee putting my order together.
