Our chicken was so dry we couldn't even eat it

Food took a while to come, when it came it was kind of cold and but at the time we came they were quite busy. The food was quite greasy even for deep fried food. Maybe they want to give me a heart attack, but they could have removed it. The service was pretty good, except it took a while to come. Overall it was kind of bad, don’t recommend. I guess it’s fast food though. Kinda meh.

Stood at the counter after the mgr on duty saw we were there for 11 minutes. 11 min while she was too busy wiping countertops. Absolutely ridiculous to leave customers waiting that long. We were the only two there. I can see why. Go somewhere else, this place does not appear to value their customers.
Worse kfc, seriously. Why is every kfc like this? Always forget something. disappointed. 7 year old daughter some Mac n cheese and these lazy lady's decided "Nah.. too lazy to make the Mac n cheese!" And my daughter was so dissapointed when she didn't find the Mac n cheese In the bag, and messed up my own order as well. Cashier gave me a dirty look and was rude.

Yall need to fire Elizabeth the manager she has horrible customer service. And she's calling the police on people who ask for the customer service number. Charging people to use the bathroom and still being ruined. I'll never go back to that restaurant ever again horrible cashier and management ?.

To add to the now third world feel of the West side, if you go in to use the restroom before you order because you’ve been traveling to visit family here they will look at you like some criminal, because you try to open the restroom door and say “it’s not for the public are you going to buy something.”No, I’m NOT going to buy something from someone who would treat me inhumanely. I was, but no forget it. I can’t wait until my family member gets the heck out of this area so I never have to come back over here. Bad vibes all around.

I went through the drive through and was never told they were out of chicken. They had me pull up and the cars that were behind me received their chicken but I did not. The worst I ever experienced here and I cone here alot.

It’s admittedly hit or miss at this location, I’ve had good and bad experiences with food and service.I have to say that when I went through here earlier this week, the service was fast, the younger kid at the drive through window was attentive and friendly, and I got everything I ordered, and it was all delicious.

KFC charges as much or more than Raising Cane's and Popeye's, and the chicken you get is smaller and worse in every possible way. It's been going downhill for many years, but at this point it's no longer worth the effort. This isn't on the employees at KFC. Something has gone horribly wrong at the root for the food and prices to be so mismatched. I will not go to KFC again, even for free food.

Lights on the menu were completely out in the drive thru. Lady was Very rude and kept rushing me because I was “on a timer.” Kept asking me if I needed help finding something, even though I told her multiple times I didnt need help finding anything, I just want to browse but it’s hard because the lights on the menu are out. She kept getting smart with me instead of being understanding, seeing that it’s not my fault that the menu was dark. As soon as I matched her energy and got smart back, she refused me service. I will NEVER go back to this ghetto KFC. Ever. I drove by an hour later after getting Subway and noticed they had the lights on the menu working somewhat, so I pulled up to snap a picture. Attached below. This is Much better than when I was there trying to order. When I was there, the entire menu was dark.
