Google hours are incorrect. I was told they were closed. When I mentioned that the Google hours listing was wrong to the person at the window he was rude and said he just does what his boss says so I suggested he tell his boss to it would help a lot of people if it got fixed. Edit: now that I thought about it, I arrived before 11pm on Friday (hours sign says open to 11pm) I was still turned away. Terrible customer service and unprofessional, unpromised hours of operation.

The staff is rude. They have the bathrooms locked at all times. You have to get someone to unlock the bathroom and they said it's only for paying customers (we were ordering our food) then I had to use the bathroom. The women's was locked and no one would come to the counter so I could tell them. So I had to use the men's. It was disgusting! They act like the stall is made of gold or something the way they have it locked up. When I finished I went to wash my hands and there was no soap, the soap dispenser is gone from the wall. It wasn't out it was just gone from the bathroom. So any man who works I doubt washes there hands. Disgusting!!!! Don't waste your money here!

Hi I normally don’t write reviews but I feel this needs addressed.. I came in to order my food which was (famous bowl and fry) and noticed that it was really hot in this kfc.. So I asked the older lady does your air not work. It’s hot in here. And she must have been having a bad day or something. Because she snapped back saying “ Our upper management doesn’t care it’s broken. And you could have went through the drive thru besides coming in here. “ I said excuse me. Can I speak to your manager. She said “I am the GM “ .. So I replied wow you really out here disrespecting your customers like this. She told me to leave her store. After I purchased food. Maybe the heat is getting to her.. But still gives her no right to talk to a customer like that.

The fact that there were 3 cars sitting at the speaker ready to order for 15mins and no one at the speak…disrespectful. Drove around, no one at the window/register to take orders. 2 vehicles pulled up and walked in and more cars were pulling into drive thru….maybe someone should be WORKING instead of not?

I was inside the other day and witnessed a woman to believed to be a manager cursing at an employee so I waited patiently to get my order taken there were three other employees working on looked to be packing. I feel sorry for the employer that was be yelled and cursed at. The lady then came to front counter but did not take my order but instead of doing her job she was on the phone saying no I need you to please hurry up and get here I’m being attacked she proceeded to end the conversation with I love you and then called another person saying I need him to leave the store now and then at this point a gentleman came to get my order and apologized profusely for the behavior of his boss when clearly she should’ve been apologizing for her behavior this is very unprofessional not a good look at all for this lady

This KFC is spot on! Had issues at stringtown rd one but this one made up for it. Chicken was extra crispy! They were out of biscuits and offered a substitute instead of a 20 minute wait. Love that they offered an alternative. Will definitely be back

If I could give 0 stars to a place it would definitely be this, the woman in charge who said she was the manager refused to serve us after I told her about her terrible customer service, avoid going to places where people are 0 friendly especially if you go with your family, if you don't want to offer good service or you are simply going to refuse to serve customers, don't work! I don't understand how they can have such an unpleasant person as a manager, horrible experience

Pulled up to an employee in the parking lot smoking a blunt on his break. The chicken bites are super small for the price. The bowls are smaller portions with more price. The chicken was stale tasting and the fries were cold. The managers were having a meeting but were very unprofessional.
