Lights on the menu were completely out in the drive thru. Lady was Very rude and kept rushing me because I was “on a timer.” Kept asking me if I needed help finding something, even though I told her multiple times I didnt need help finding anything, I just want to browse but it’s hard because the lights on the menu are out. She kept getting smart with me instead of being understanding, seeing that it’s not my fault that the menu was dark. As soon as I matched her energy and got smart back, she refused me service. I will NEVER go back to this ghetto KFC. Ever. I drove by an hour later after getting Subway and noticed they had the lights on the menu working somewhat, so I pulled up to snap a picture. Attached below. This is Much better than when I was there trying to order. When I was there, the entire menu was dark.

every time we go here it sucks. its ALWAYS the worst. the famous bowl- if its so famous, why did it fail to delight and astound me? theres only five. ingredients. in the famous bowl. they forgot: the chicken, and the cheese. it was just corns, potatoes, and gravies. tell me: how does K, F, C, Kentucky, Fried, CHICKEN, run out of CHICKEN ,for their so-called "famous" bowl? it was just corns, potatoes, and gravies. do you even know who i am? i was born more famous than your "bowl" will ever be. in addition: a meal at kfc is expected to come with a food, a drink, and a cookie. for NONE of the meals we ordered, did we receive a cookie or a drink. do you think i deserve this? why would you DO this to me? two thirds of my meal. on top of two fifths of my food. gone. goodnight, columbus.

Fast service. Clean building. Everyone was very nice, my food was brought quickly, and my order was correct.
Friday night dinner. Went inside to order the 8 piece meal, added extra side of Mac n chz. Got home to discover the extra side was missing. Quickly called & I formed them I was coming back to get my $5 side. To my surprise, upon getting the Mac n chz, I got a chocolate cake, for their error & my having to come back. Thanks for making it worth it!! Chicken was delicious! This location has gained our returns. It was a real disaster for many many years. Last few trips have been a huge improvement. The mgr here seems to have a good crew.

Ordered the Classic Wrap meal. My wrap had nothing in it but the chicken and mayo. No pickle. I was very disappointed because the wait for the food was over 20 minutes. The staff was nice and engaging.

Haven’t eating KFC in over 9years . Now I remember why. Chicken strips tasted like they been sitting there all day. Chicken strips and nuggets taste rubbery and salter than ocean water. Only reason why i stop there was I thought the nuggets looked like Chic fil a nuggets so I thought they would taste a lill like them. NOT!!! Never again. The worst

This place gave my 4year old food poisoning. I will never go there again. My son had it for dinner last night and at 4am this morning he began throwing up. Its 9:23am. He has been throwing up and pooping since 4am this morning. I haven’t been back to sleep. He has a fever as well.

Chris a manager was charging a drug addicts phone in the back and never washed his hand or put on gloves before going back to serving food.I was told to come inside from the drive thru to get my online order. A drug addict was inside moving erratically, asked me if I was following him and why I was in the restaurant.Never received food as Chris just kept serving the drive thru even though my app said the order was ready.Why would the manager allow a drug addict to put his hands on the counter while jumping up and down and breathe all over the food area of the restaurant? Why would a manager take an item from a drug addict or anyone into the food area of the restaurant?

Zero stars! Forced to give 1star. Service sucks! Sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes (5 at the order kiosk) and not a word was spoken from anyone. Heck, at least give notice that they acknowledge the customer's existence. I guess they don't want my business.
