We purchased tickets in advanced, arrived early and went in 5 minutes before the place actually opened. We ordered coffee, two pink toe beans drinks, and a strawberry macaron. Me, my husband and our almost 7 year old daughter went. We had an AMAZING time!!!! The place is super clean, nice and cozy inside, all the employees were so sweet and had awesome attitudes! The drinks and macaron were amazing. We listened to all the rules and instructions we were given and we sat and petted cats for 55 minutes. Our daughter had so much fun and she is a very calm almost 7 year old, she sat and petted the cats quietly. The cats all were so sweet and loved the attention we gave them, the place so adorable and absolutely one of a kind! While we there we even filled an application to adopt a cat named lord of biscuits!!! We hope to hear back this week about him and hopefully we get to take him home!!! 😍😍😍. We WILL definitely be returning soon!

The place was very wonderful and beautiful but the staff was extremely rude for having a “stay pawsitive” sign on the wall I appreciate that they have adoption services in house and also don’t forget that the cat play time is reservation only. Food is okay but takes a while for it to come out nothing special that can’t be made at home.

Vegetarian options: My friend ordered pizza sticks and they said they could make it vegetarian but they left pepperoni in it

My daughter and I were recently invited to this kitty Cafe by a friend and her daughter as part of her daughter's birthday celebration day. I wasn't sure what to expect but it was pretty cute for the girls to get to pet some kitty's. Somthing I noticed and thought was sweet was that several couples were there looking at kitty's and playing with them to potentially adopt them. Seems like a nice way to get to "know" the kitty before you adopt it. The girls were reminded about 15 times to keep the toys at ground level đŸ€Ł, and they were a little disappointed that only a few of the many cats were out for most of our visit since the cats can decide to be in the back, out of site, and many of them do, or too up high to pet or see really. All in all pretty cute concept tho. We didn't really eat but we got several drinks, hot and cold, and some macaroons and they were all good. I'm not really a cat person but it is a cute place and a cool concept, and very clean and smells nice.

Kid-friendliness: It is kid friendly but your kiddos have to be calm and well behaved and our kiddos got reminded several times to keep the toys at floor level and to not bother sleeping kitties. There is someone who stands and keeps watch to make sure the kids are being calm, quiet and respectful to the cats. We also got reminded to use inside voices once or twice. Our kids were 6 and 9 years old girls.

Interesting vibe. I googled “bubble tea near me” and found this place. Don’t know if I would have patroned it, knowing that there were actual cats in the shop. Though they were in a separate room, I still ended up feeling a little itchy. The cafĂ© was clean. The tea menu diverse. Apparently you can reserve time to hang out with the cats while drinking your beverage of choice. Not my cup of tea, but I can see by the line to get into the cat room, that it’s a desirable experience.

Kid-friendliness: Choices of cafe in free drinks was limited.

Couldn't see cats because they were booked all day. Finding the bathroom felt like going on an elite task force mission trying to locate a hostage. Spilt my drink trying to mix it because it tasted like seaweed juice, and there were no napkins at front desk. Had to go back into the top secret bathroom to get paper towels, then wiped the floor, then had went on another mission to find the trashcan that was camouflaged into the eye-searing baby blue hot pink walls and floor. At least they had beer.

The drinks were great and the atmosphere is separate cute. I only have it a4 because we were not able to walk in a see the cats so couldn't really judge on that experience. I will be back though for the bubble drink alone 😁

This was a pit stop out of curiosity. I am a dog lady and don’t like cats, but the setup of this place is so inviting, cute, and on brand. If you like cats, you can pay to interact with them in the separate enclosed glass play area. But if you’re like me, and don’t care for cats, the bubble teas and other drinks make this a spot worth a quick stop.

Very clean. Staff was friendly enough when they werent on their phones. Husband's coffee wasn't hot and was mostly foam. Cats are awesome but the rules are stricter than local animal shelters and as a result you don't really get to experience the cats enough to know whether you want to adopt one.

Tldr; let us pick the cats up! We need that embrace.

Nice place to visit
although it’s a disappointment when only kids from 6 years can visit cats ?
I wish they adjust the policy and let 4years as well. Staff was friendly

I did not order any food or beverages because I don't like tea. My sister did, and the waitress was friendly, and she got her quickly. When it was time to go into the cat room, the staff in there was friendly and informative, and of course, the cats were wonderful. It is a smallish parking area, but in order to see the cats, you must have a prepaid ticket, so this cuts down on drop in traffic.
