First time ever visiting and my sister and I had a great time! We both had iced Spicy Cats (chai latte) which were great, and the overall experience was really enjoyable. The cat lounge was clean and spacious for cats and visitors, and the staff present were very kind and friendly. It’s very obvious that the people here understand and respect cats, and most importantly, they CARE about them!! Thanks so much for a wonderful visit!

My own experience: They are not very clear on the tickets and once you arrive they are like just saying you want it or not and I can cancel or re-book. Just sugary food and no big options so either you go to another place or you just cry.
They are allowing you to buy ticket for under 13 but when you arrive you need to pay extra for the adult. And if you want to added they say is not room for the adult and they want us to cancel or book in another time or day. At the end my other son could not enter so we can use his ticket for the mom.
Cats here don’t want to be pet and they have sharp paws. Never coming back here

I’ve been to Kitty Bubble over a dozen times now, and I love it so much. You can tell the owners really care about the cats because they always keep procedures in place to ensure the cats are safe and happy, such as limiting visitors and cleaning the space several times a day. The drinks and desserts are quite sweet, and my favorite is the taro boba.
Love all the merch in their shop—I always get compliments when I wear my pink Kitty Bubble hat. I also appreciate the wide variety of events (painting, book clubs, yoga) and their charity fundraising with Colony Cats. Go support this place so we can have empty shelters!!! ❤️🐈🐈⬛

I had such a pleasant experience here! The tickets were a reasonable price for the almost hour time slot I chose! The tea was refreshing. It was thoughtful to put shoe covers on; that was new to me. The place is spacious and clean. The employees were all friendly and welcoming. I would visit again!

Nothing like paying over $100 to visit cats and have some snacks only to be in a negative environment. The owner sat on her laptop growling at any child who dared to have fun. Never spoke. Never thanked anyone for coming. Never smiled. Her worker would tell kids not to pet a cat because the cat didn’t want to be petted, two minutes later an adult pets said cat and nothing is said. The worker never smiled. Never spoke to anyone. Both of them were utterly miserable human beings and honestly most of the cats were just as miserable (with extremely sharp claws). Never returning and I would recommend spending your money elsewhere.
