This is a new favorite spot for me. Coffee & food is good as well as the service! Every barista I've interacted with has been super! The inside is delightful. Beautiful arrangements of dream catchers hang from the ceiling. Very cozy! I recently went on a Sunday afternoon and it was pretty busy. I was still able to snag a seat. I do recommend trying this place out.

I have NEVER waited in a drive thru line for 40 minutes on coffee. There was only a total of like 9 cars and it took 40 minutes. Not to mention the drive thru speaker doesn’t even work? Ridiculous. I would’ve been better off going to 5 bean or porters or hell Starbucks. Your coffee is good but not that good. Absolutely ridiculous. Fix that damn speaker it hasn’t worked for months, and gosh the service should be above and beyond considering I waited for 40 minutes on a drink.

Ordered a “Ube Latte” with whipped cream on the receipt only for you to bring out my order with no whipped cream and at first they tried to gaslight me it doesn’t come with whipped cream and wasting my time the guy came back and said because I didn’t pay for the whipped cream whose fault is that I asked for whipped cream. And was ready to charge me for it wasting my time further and when I said nvm they were okay taking my $8 but was more worried about charging 1.50 for whipped cream which wasn’t my fault I do t mind paying for the whipped cream but that’s annoying that the person taking the order did not charge it and now you want to waste my time

Planning a food trip to Columbus, we saw high praise for Koffee Paradise - and man did it deliver! First off, the friendliest and most welcoming staff. They were all busy, but answered questions with joy and sincerity. We knew we were getting a coffee flight, and it was worth it. We got a mix of hot and iced all delicious (the Ube and Tiramisu were favorites). The atmosphere was warm, clean, and it is clear the place is well taken care of. Highly recommend, what a special local spot!
