They predominantly serve local restaurants with high quality corn and flour tortillas. However I was able to buy retail supplies for my Carnitas dinner party. Be aware however they are cash only.
Masa for tamales is fresh and good
I don’t know how good their tortillas are. But their delivery driver cannot drive worth a crap.
I followed one of their vans for about five minutes on the highway around downtown Columbus today and watched them break traffic laws at least three times. They need to pay more attention while driving or they’re going to cause an accident.
They are in a rather sketchy neighborhood. However, I believe this is the only place in Columbus, that you can purchase tortillas where they are made. Nothing fancy, just fresh wonderful tortillas. On the day I was there the corn tortillas were still warm. I ended up eating five of them on the drive home they are so good!
Awesome quality made at this location. Delicious flour tortillas, corn tortillas black, yellow and white corn. The tostadas and tortilla chips were also yummy.
Best tortillas in columbus
Love the chips and corn/flour tortillas from your local Mexican restaurant? This is the source, only fresher. Corn tortillas were still hot when I bought them.
Cash only if you go.
Koki's make tortillas fresh, daily. And, they are wholesale suppliers to restaurants and Hispanic groceries all over Columbus.
They also make masa for those who wish to make Tortillas and Tamales. They sell tortillas and masa, retail (cash only) to anyone who stops by
We order 60 to 70 pounds of prepared tamale masa every year, for a yearly 'Tamale Day,' where friends and family come by, visit, laugh and enjoy each other's company
while we make tamales. (You DO need to pre-order, and pre-pay, for large orders like this, though.
And, the masa is great. My wife has been making tamales for more than 30 years in Arizona, and now, in Ohio. The last 15 years or so, she has 'farmed out' the Masa preparation to those with the giant 'Kitchen Aide' style mixers. She checks each batch she gets, and usually mixes in a bit of Crisco to make the masa light enough to float. She does NOT have to add anything to Koki's Masa to make perfect tamales, if we dont use the masa immediately, all it takes is a bit of mixing time in her mixer to lighten it back up. Koki's is the ONLY masa supplier in Arizona OR Ohio that we've found that you can reliably use AS IS. 5 stars, only because I can't give 6!
11-21-24. Driver of delivery van on Hamilton rd cut me off. Dangerous !!

The No. 1 tortilla spot in the WORLD.
Awesome place, come and get it.... Keep up the good work guys! ?
The employees are very friendly...
Wonderful tortillas, best I have ever had.
Very disappointed with the "organic" blue corn tortillas. Sure, the masa *might* be organic but what does that matter when you're just adding coloring and other unnecessary ingredients?!?!?Going straight into the trash.
