I could go on for hours about how much I love Kolaches, especially the ones from Kolache Republic.
If you’ve never had a kolache, you’re missing out! It is a must try!! I highly recommend the savory ones- kielbasa and jalapeno, chorizo, hash brown, and the pricing here is unreal. High quality and inexpensive. Also, they have some petty killer biscuits and gravy.
I had an online order of 25+ kolaches, with orders of biscuits and gravy as well. No wait, just walked in and picked it up. Most importantly, they got the order 100% correct and 100% delicious.

Truly one of the best hidden gems in Columbus. I always go for the savory kolache option, and often the special of the week (the Jalapeño Popper Cream Cheese special is insanely good). It’s tucked away inside The Daily Growler, a favorite bar too.

Everything is delicious and tastes just like the ones found in TX! I used to get kolaches on Dallas work trips, but have been missing them since starting a new job this year (no more TX trips). So happy to have found Kolache Republic. We got the kielbasa cheese, sausage egg cheese, and finished with cookie butter cinnamon roll and sweet cheese. Can't wait to try the other flavors too.

Great little shop, delicious food, wonderful staff. Go in person - the website isn't always up to date, and the owner assured me that they only actually run out of stuff late in the day.
Visited several times. The Kolaches are on point. Savory items are flavorful and the bread provides a sweet contrast. The sweet and seasonal Kolaches are also delicious! Quick and easy order and pick up. Take it to go or eat there. Stauf’s drip coffee also served. We love to swing by here with our family and get several Kolaches to share. Recommend!
