The service was absolutely horrible. I ordered a lemon drop in my glass was dirty. and then we sat and waited for our food for an hour. The waitress ended up having a manager come talk to us, and the manager explanation was that he just came in and didn't know what the holdup was. We decided to not eat at all, so I can't even tell you how the food was. We ended up just leaving and going somewhere else !

Kona Grill's environment is very lively and the staff seem happy to meet your needs when you walk in the door. My family and I dined in for Valentines Day. I believe our waitress was fairly new to the job so my experience could be completely different from others, but during our attendance the waitress missed a lot of our service needs. In addition, she was not personable and this made it difficult to give her grace. Overall, it was an okay experience.

Waitress was nice enough, but definitely didn't take any extra time than absolutely necessary. The food was not worth the price at all. Macadamia Nut chicken felt like eating a frozen fried chicken patty with a sauce that tasted mostly like applesauce. Mash potatoes were hot in one spot and cold in the other like they had poorly microwaved them. Green beans were cold in the middle like they came out of a frozen bag.

We decided to reserve a table the day before Valentine's Day because everything was booked. Our Reservation was set for 8:00pm. We were seated and left for the first 15 minutes not a water was given. Finally a wait staff member recognized we weren't addressed and proceeded to bring us water and take our drink order. That drink wasn't delivered for another 30 minutes. After we realized that it's now 9:45 and we haven't received anything we decided to make it to go. This was very disappointing because I had heard about this place. Our waitress was fair and got us a discount on the order of $25.00 we decided to give it to her with something on top. I bet it's hard to make tips that! Saturday 2/14/26 I warmed up my to go plate and to my surprise everything tasted pretty good even for the next day. Mrs.Duncan

Disappointed. 30 minute wait beyond the reservation. Waitress very disinterested and distracted. Clearly not enough wait staff. Waited 15 mins for initial service, 20 mins for first drink. They wouldn't allow me to order a drink off the cocktail menu. Who does that? Ribeye steak was ok not great. Shrimp and Brussels sprouts appetizers were very good. C+

We had a fabulous waitress however the steaks were the quality of something you get at a diner without any seasoning. It was not worth $50+ for our steaks. Would not eat here again only due to the food quality for the price. Drinks and sushi were great.

Our first time dining at Kona Grill was a great experience overall. The menu is interesting, and we enjoyed everything we ordered.

We were there for 15 minutes and had to ask for a server. We got water and then waited another 30 minutes with no server, food, or drink. We eventually left. I will not return.

First time at Kona Grill but won't be my last. We ate off of the Taste of Kona menu and they accommodated the drink portion of the menu for us because we don't drink alcohol. Great staff and great food! Will be returning again for Happy Hour!

Stopped in for an appetizer and the all-day $6 cheeseburger and fries promotion at the bar. Will be back for happy hour!

I went for my birthday food took a hour to come out tables that sat after us received food before my party then i seen 2 tables celebrating birthdays received a cake i did not get the same celebration although the food was tasty you can tell it sat under the warmer for some time because it looked old

Way overpriced for what you get. Our server was absent most of the night and it wasn't busy. It was like she didn't care. I can get a better sushi roll at a Japanese restaurant for 1/2 the price.

Our server was very nice. Our table,however, was well outside of the rest of her section. So, we were an afterthought. It took forever to get refills or to even ask for any requests. Ever since this restaurant closed down for covid a while ago, it had not been worth the time or money. We will definitely not be coming back.
