I have been to this location before and did not have a good experience but wanted yo give it another try. Unfortunately, the experience was just as bad as the first time. The food came out cold, our rice was undercooked, and the service was terrible. There were other customers that shared with us the long wait time before getting their food, too. Our food took more than 30 minutes to be brought out to the table. The prices are high for the quality/taste of the food and the portion size being served. This is the last time I will patronize this restaurant. Columbus has a wide variety of restaurants to choose from and many with delicious food and great service. This Kona Grill doesn't happen to be one of them. I choose to spend my money at better restaurants. Don't be surprised if you experience the same service at this restaurant. It's not worth the money.

$39 for fish and chips with absolutely no salt or flavor of any kind (and none on the tables). Waitress was very nice but rarely around. Food took forever to arrive, even with a reservation. I don’t normally care about any of that stuff but if prices are high then I would expect the food and service to be great. Oh well

I had a great experience there Saturday for. The wait staff was working exceptionally hard, the female manager was pleasant, the service was great, and so was the atmosphere and food. We'll definitely be back soon!

Had a group there for dinner and it took our server 20 minutes to greet us, got our drinks then we did not see her again until our food came out and we ate it. When we got dessert for our celebration it took forever and we asked for a box after originally asking for the dessert to go. The box never came and we asked what looked like a manager for ONE box and she brought multiple in a very passive way. Would NOT recommend this place for any celebration. Food and drinks took forever to get to us and our service was absent. I’m saying this as a server of 15 years too. This was ridiculous as the restaurant was not even half full.

We have a terrible experience at Kona Grill. Restaurant was pretty dead, but service was absolutely terrible. Took forever to order drinks, then took even longer to get them and it was just soft drinks. Food took a VERY long time. Server never checked on us. Only were able to get refills when she brought food. Never came back again after that. Food tasted good but was very overpriced for what you get. Portions are smaller. Will never return.

The bar tenders were lovely and drinks were fine (over priced but strong). The food…. We ordered lettuce wraps. The staff admitted it was pre frozen and no lie, showed up looking like cat food in a bowl and tasted just as bad!!! This place is so over priced. Go to a Cameron Mitchell establishment for better food and prices. Will never go back.

The vibes and ambience were good and our server was polite. I got the fish and chips for $39. Hugely overpriced and it was just ok. I wasnt blown away but it wasn't bad either. Our food took about an hour to come out.

This was our third visit, and the food continues to impress. Our server, Rhianon, was exceptionally knowledgeable about the menu and took the time to ask about any food allergies before we ordered, which we greatly appreciated.
The chili-glazed salmon was outstanding — a true 10/10 — and the surf and turf with the crab Oscar was equally impressive. Both dishes were wonderfully prepared and full of flavor.
The restaurant also offers a daily happy hour, adding even more value to an already excellent dining experience. I highly recommend going to try you wont be disappointed
