Overall, the food was good, alwayd is. I've been to multiple Kpot locations across different states. I went to this location with someone who has never been before, but theres definitely opportunity for improvement on the service side of things.

Other locations keep a tablet at your table, and you can send orders to the kitchen in real time, whenever you want, and get your food quickly. This location relies on a server to submit your orders for you. This means having to order in bulk, or risk running out of food while waiting, which is also inconvenient for a place that limits your seating time. There were also times where we got things we didnt order, or didnt receive items we requested. Which adds a layer of human error that again, only adds to the inconvenience.

The day I went, our server expressed that there were only 3 of them and they were unusually busy, which made this much more frustrating. Waiting to put in orders, waiting for refills, and at one point, we sat for about 20 minutes because we asked for a grill change that ultimately never happened so we just kept going after accepting she forgot for a 3rd time.

Of the 4 Kpot locations i've been to, this one was miles behind the curve. If this had been my first experience, I'd likely not return. But luckily I know the brand has better locations.

Wonderful experience here! The staff was responsive and checked with us frequently. The food was also amazing and we ended up leaving absolutely stuffed
