Terrible customer service at the Broad Street Branch strictly by the General Manager. My mom placed and paid for a large order of donuts 4 days ago for an event that she always is excited to be part of "Trick or Treat for Food". She is responsible for donut holes and cider for the trick or treaters; and she also ordered a few holiday decorated glazed donuts for the helpers. Well, my dad went to the E. my filled don't had no filling. and my specialty dozen is missing the strawberry donuts, and they didn't even tell me they were out.
I ordered donuts online for St. Patrick’s Day and received a text the morning of saying the store cancelled the order!! Poor customer service!!
