Donuts tasted like they were several days old and looked like they were made by someone who took no pride in their work at all. Made the mistake of just going somewhere close to the house Head to Jolly Pirate where the donuts are tasty and made with pride. Terrible location!

Ordered a custom 3 box of donuts. All original glaze with chocolate icing on top. These were absolutely not up to the Krispy Kreme standards I am use to getting from this location. These donuts were not just smaller, but they were not as thick as your regular donuts normally are and also very little chocolate icing were on each the donuts. I don't know if you guys were running out of ingredients, short staffed or just rushing to try to get out of there since it's Christmas Eve, but there should be no way these types of donuts should be served as a Krispy Kreme donut. It's bad enough that your rewards system hasn't worked in months and I have to call corporate each time to get my points added, which they confirmed there are problems with getting points added to customers rewards account both in stores and with the online points system as well, but now I have to ask myself do I drive approximately 5 miles to get these donuts that are not as good or made as well at other places closer to me. Outside of your staff who happened to be very nice today, and always, this was such a disappointment and let down by a national known company that should be doing better with their products they are serving vs what they served me today.

I just learned that they don’t make the donuts in store anymore at the East Broad location, which explains the substandard product. They are brought in the night before from one of their other locations! Used to be great and last 3 times I’ve been there at the drive through, the doughnuts were terrible. Not fresh and the glaze was wet…yuck! . I think KK has the best glazed doughnuts hands down but won’t be going back to this location. Really hope they bring back making them in store there!
No hot and fresh at this location despite the corporate website saying otherwise. The service was awful. Display items were labeled wrong. Many types of donuts not available. Staff unable to run register properly. The donuts that we did get were lackluster. Basically a kiosk for the Polaris location which actually makes the donuts.

Most of the allure of going to KK is HOT doughnuts. When you take that away, there’s not any reason to go there. They don’t make anything there anymore, so the doughnuts they ship in are usually limited and not very fresh. I was brought up in the south and raised on KK, this place should close and save the embarrassment of the remaining Columbus KK Doughnut shop.
