DELICIOUSSS YUM YUM YUM I've never had Krispy Kreme before so this was new to me, I got a raspberry filled donut and a regular glazed donut and they were super fluffy and good, I also got a Carmel frappe, it's super sweet so if you like a bit of stronger coffee id suggest a shot of espresso or two

When ordering online, I twice got an error message that their system was down. I finally placed the order, then got 3 confirmation emails. They fixed it at the store, but the store itself was not clean. Not very appealing. Then when I got home, the order was wrong, and the cream-filled donuts had no cream. Never again.

RUDE!!!! I don’t think she knew her headset was on all i heard was “goddamn what do you want”. I didn’t even say anything. This is completely unacceptable I was having a bad day myself and all I wanted was a doughnut from Krispy Kreme. I told her not to worry about it clearly I’m not wanted here and told her to have a good day and drove off. So I went across the street to the McDonald’s to get one of the Krispy Kreme donuts that they have and it was soggy and just made my day worse. Anyways don’t go here the employees are rude and this was an egregious experience. 1/10 do not recommend

I placed an order of Krispy Kreme donuts from TooGoodToGo app to be pick up between 8:30 pm to 9:30 pm. on Sunday. I arrived at 8:35 pm, the front door was lock. There were two employees inside of the store. I knocked on the door try to get their attention. One of the employee standing at the cashier counter saw me and made a hand sign trying to said they are closed. Meanwhile I hold up my phone with the order and hoping to get her attention about TooGoodtogo order that people are going to come to pick up right now. She literally just ignored me and put her head down and playing on her phone. I kept on knocking on the door but got no response back. I looked up online, this store supposed to open until 10:00 pm. It was such a terrible customer experience and I will never go there again.

This location was quick and offered some solid fresh donuts. Even as busy as they were, great service.

Corporate sent a coupon for a dozen free, no thanks, great example of how a company shouldn't run.

The drive thru looks completely abandoned and when I went inside there were plenty of workers but they all just starred at me and I believe who was management told me someone would be with me in a moment. They all continued to just talk and didn’t take my order until minutes later which I did a pick up order and no other customer was in the building. The donuts looked old and dry. I had already payed for the order so I took them but didn’t even eat them due to the look, the conditions of the inside being disorganized and just looked unsanitary. I would not recommend this location.
