Messed up my order so I had to pay twice to get my 2 dozen donuts. After I paid again they shut the window and left, about 5minutes passed and she opened the window and said “what do you want?” I replied “my second order of donuts I paid for” . She left again and then finally brought my other donuts. The box was super dirty and sticky. I will now be coming back!

This location never has the doughnuts they advertise and the customers service is some of the worst, their employees are absolutely terrible, rude to customers, and to each other. We stopped to get a pack of doughnuts today asked for a 6 pack and the girl taking the order responded with “I guess” we started to tell her the order and was immediately cut off and told she didn’t have those as she listed off the 3 they did have and then started yelling at a coworker. We politely said thank you but we would wait and drove off. Unfortunately this has not been an isolated event the past several times we have stopped they have been mostly out of every doughnut except the original and their customer service has been awful.

I ordered online a day in advance. My order was not correct. The rude employee could care less, would not offer my money back, and said if I wanted anything different it would be about an hour. Considering these are the worst donuts you can buy, they seem to have matched their service to their products.

Walked into the restaurant….one person working at 11am and had to wait on ALL of the drive thru cars. The red light was on and never offered a donut as I waited. Walked out.

The fresh light was on and the donuts were free but there was a bee infestation inside that definitely needs to be treated. Also, I’d think they’d put a sign on the door due to how catastrophic bee stings can be to the allergic people in public. There’s one in the donut pictured (the staff did throw it away when they saw it) and there are dozens dead or dying on the floor.
