Disappointing, coffee orders were incorrect and horrible. Donuts were ok but not as fresh as we would have liked. Paid more than $20 for 6 donuts and 2 coffees. Not worth it

Made a stop here for some coffee and a donut. Wanted to just chill and relax inside while I enjoyed them since I had some time to kill.I would not recommend going inside. Most of the staff sits at the tables right there with you, blaring videos on their phones and talking very loudly.The only time it stops is when someone new walks in and you hear, “Okay, here comes a customer y’all stop” and one or two will get up to assist. They then go back to table and resume the disruptive behavior, ignoring the experience of the folks inside.Donuts and coffee are what you’d expect, pretty solid. Just stick to the drive thru unless you love TikTok blasting in your ear the whole time you eat.

Visited in the late morning on a Saturday when I needed to burn a little time. Wish I had gone elsewhere.The place looked recently cleaned, but my shoes stuck to the floor every step.The employees at the front argued over who was going to have to serve me and who was on break. The discussion about breaks and who would have to serve customers continued loudly in the seating area as I tried to spend a few minutes reading and eating. I did not stay long, even though I had originally intended to spend an hour.One donut was fresh and very good, but another tasted old. My biggest complaint by far is that the vanilla iced coffee I got tasted vile - burnt coffee and chemicals. I threw it away after a few sips. It was small, expensive, and disgusting - extremely disappointing.I don’t live near one so it’s been years since I’ve visited a Krispy Kreme. Now I won’t be missing them for the next several more.

Have you ever just gotten to that point? You know it's not really the best for you. So I stopped and got 3 donuts...Krispy Kreme, yummy!It had been a while, and I couldn't believe how much they cost. But what doesn't these days, am I right?Received the service.Kid-friendliness: They get to see donuts being made.

Very frustrating experience. Only 2 or 3 customers in the store, 6-7 staff visible. The doughnuts looked poorly made and unappealing. The vast majority of the teenage staff were standing around and joking with each other, we had to wait a couple of minutes before someone came and took our order. Aside from the doughnuts being horribly overpriced ($16 for 7 doughnuts), we ordered 6 doughnuts. We were not told when ordering that the cinnamon roll doughnuts have to be charged separately, they cannot be included in a half dozen or dozen. The cashier charged us for a half dozen plus the cinnamon roll, despite that we only ordered 6 doughnuts. Why would we pay for 7 doughnuts and only receive 6? When I asked why we were being charged separately for the cinnamon roll, he explained that they have to charge it separately. I said ok, can I please have another original doughnut since I’m being charged for 7 doughnuts? After a minute or two of confusion and arguing, he got the requested doughnut and we paid. I don’t know if it’s poor management or what, but I’m not sure if we’ll be back to this location any time soon.

Ordered a dozen for pickup and when we went to pick up the lady at the drive through speaker was so incredibly rude cutting us off every time we went to talk. We tried to add 3 more individual donuts to our order and after every one she would immediately ask if we were done and made a comment about how many more donuts do we need. Honestly there is so much competition in the area I recommend any of them before going back to this location.

Shame on this what so called Krespe what ever. My daughter waited for days for this special doughnuts ??. Went twice to the store,at different times,they said they wasn't making anymore,;! Saw bunch of orders ready. So we decided to order for pickup next day ! place an order, wait for the time to pick up, wait extra 30 minutes to make sure. When we get there, they told me they couldn't make them ???. It really sucks. By the way , same thing happened to my other daughter couple months back! Yet they take YOUR MONEY FROM YOUR CARD!????. Should I said steal your money ?

The whole point of a mobile order is that its ready for pickup when you get there. Not to mention a staff moving so colossally slow, if that girl were any slower she wouldnt be moving at all. Then she hands me 3 boxes of donuts without even the offer of a bag. No napkins. Extremely poor service. Hire better staff
