I called to ask why the main door was closed I was informed the store closes the door at eight and I calmly stated that I might not be able to shop there because of my spinal cord injury and the fact that it's too painful to walk around a lot and then I already got out of my car walked to the door and back before I realized and I was just hoping they could maybe get a bright sign since I am near sighted and could not see the door was closed. I was just asking for a simple accommodation, before I could even finish the sentence I was told I don't care that you have a disability and hung up on. This was the manager I called to further explain that all I'm asking for is accommodation and no answer. Very unfortunate. They also pretend they're not there when you have to make a return, customer service is no where to be found for months literally and when they do show up it's too far out from the purchase to do anything. Shame on you for taking advantage of those with memory problems and now those who are physically disabled? That's where the disability parking is so that's illegal to close since you're required so have many spots at an entrance per max capacity/fire ordinances/etc so maybe look into that before you outwardly state you close that door every night. Adding in the " I don't care that you for disability" and that's a disability discrimination claim

I have been shopping at the Graceland Kroger location since 2006. I have noticed this store consistently going downhill since the pandemic began, and it just keeps getting worse.Today it smelled of moth balls throughout the store, most strongly at the back. I asked two Kroger employees and both said "That's what that is! I thought I smelled something!" When I mentioned it to the store manager, he - wearing a mask - said, "I don't smell anything." Long lines to check out. Early weekend morning shopping - one register line open and maybe 5 or so self-checkout lanes. Shoppers were waiting in lines back through the aisles. I kind of expect this on Friday at 5 pm, but Sunday at 8 am? Prices ringing up incorrectly. As others have posted, prices ring up incorrectly on a regular basis. So definitely double-check when you go. Hit or miss customer service. There are a few friendly employees and a few rude ones. This location used to be full of friendly employees but it seems to have tanked during/because of the pandemic. Go to Aldi's down the street. It's less expensive and the employees are decent folk.

The Christmas Grinch has a name... Kroger in the Brewery District... I have been relying on their pickup and delivery service since my brain injuries, but this week they accepted an order for delivery on Thursday, then moved to Friday, then moved to Saturday, then cancelled without notice or offer to reschedule. (I know, you might be thinking it's due to weather, but they are fulfilling orders placed after mine and in fact they can't even find my order now, and weren't interested in order # or screen shot). The multiple people I spoke with on the phone (including management) had zero interest in helping and some didn't even know Kroger offered delivery. They also had zero interest in any solution, even a pick up order before Monday. My physical limitations were also of no interest (by the way, don't rely on using an electric cart at that store...they are usually all taken by able bodied "joy riders") I'm trying to serve a few people for Christmas Eve and can't drive or Uber to Kroger and do it myself due to physical challenges and they won't even offer to set up a pick-up. They could care less. May the Universe reward them justly, and may the people I spoke with tonight find it in their heart to rejoin the human race. Oh and I'm a paid Kroger "Boost" member, so what I have described is their "premium" level of customer service.

I love shopping at this Kroger! Staff is friendly, prices are good (relatively speaking) and it's large and roomy.

For being such a huge Kroger, this store does not carry as many different food items and brands as other Krogers. Kroger in general does not carry as many different items/brands as Giant Eagle. So even though I could buy a cheap, ugly dress or a set of pots and pans at this Kroger, I cannot buy a bottle of Planter's Peanut Oil (or any peanut oil other than a small, expensive bottle of an unknown brand) or a bag of caster sugar, and many, many, other items. bacon selection is very poor. Last week I came in for 6 items and they didn't carry 4 of them!! But hey. If you need a pair of cheap work boots or some Legos for your kid, you Can find those! So basically, it isn't as big as a WalMart/Meijer/Target like it's trying to be, and it doesn't have a good selection of food products. Also, twice now I've been approached by a man about buying him "coffee and a sandwich" because he didn't have money while he was buying a 6-pack of beer, albeit inexpensive beer.

Yesterday I had at least five staff members assist me in the store. They were very helpful, pleasant and quick to stop what they were working on to accommodate me. The pharmacy staff are also very helpful when I have questions or need to pick up our prescriptions. I’m grateful for the organic products that Kroger carries, also.

The employees there are so friendly and very welcoming.

Prices posted have several times not matched what rang at registered. Even when mgmt was inform d, same items were still mid priced a couple days later. They used to give you the item free up to 5 dollars, but I was told that they no longer have that policy.

Just really, really tired of the prices ringing up incorrectly at the register. Happened 3 days ago. I had to wait 15 minutes for them to refund the difference. Went back today for same item, different flavor, and they had not fixed the problem. Still overcharged. Sadly, these are not the only times that has happened at this location. Now, I am keeping track because I am quite aggravated. The regular employees seem nice. I understand that mistakes happen. This appears to be either deliberate at worst or cavalier at best. From now on, this will be a shopping destination only as a last resort.

I hate to say it as it is close to my house, however if you go to this Kroger, go before 9:00 if you have a fair amount of groceries as only self checkout is open. I had to go back real quick at 10:35 as I forgot something earlier today and the security guard was not letting anyone in as he said management told him to stop anyone from coming in at 10:30 (even though they close at 11:00).

Lousy place to shop! Try to get diced Kroger tomatoes they don't have them any more for .59 but you can get Hunts for $1.99! You clean your own carts when you go in with a self serve roll of half soaked paper towels and a half empty spray bottle! There grocery carts are junk! They pull right or left many are dirty looking with rusty areas! For weeks they did not have paper towels while other Kroger stores had them! Now they moved the the convenient east entrance to the stores west entrance there aren't any carts at the east end any more! We have up Kroger and now shop at Marcs! Much better grocery! May try Worthington and Arlington Kroger's as we hear they are cleaner and better run stores!

This Kroger has become by go to grocery store since moving to Clintonville a year ago. I have found the store to be kept well cleaned, fairly well stocked, and the staff friendly and calm (given the pandemic.) The parking lot is huge even by large grocery store standards. At the beginning of the pandemic I was only doing the curbside pick up of groceries. At first they only had 6 or so curbside pick up spots and you could expect to wait 45 minutes to 1 hour for your order. I know they were swamped, but that still seems excessive. Later they added about double the amount of curbside spots and the time it took to pick up groceries decreased. There were a few other hiccups doing the curbside pick up. Many times I got about seventy-five precent of the items I requested. I have also ordered ice cream bars that were completely melted when they brought them out. They must prepare the order then leave it sitting out. For the most part this is a fairly nice Kroger. Just don't expect too much from curbside pickup service.
