Why are you closing checkouts when there is a line of twelve people waiting to checkout?
This is absurd. Cut your ceos salary and start hiring some cashiers.
Stop closing checkout lanes when there are people in line.
If I could give you negative five stars I would
I love this Kroger. It’s well maintained and exceptionally clean. Plus the sushi is always amazing!
Nice employees very clean atmosphere doesn't have 5 gal water jugs.
I like krogers so much I went to 3 in one day to find what I wanted. It was a kroger brand item.
Cheap and clean
I rarely write reviews, but credit must go to Hannah at the self-checkout. Her warm greeting and genuine enthusiasm made my tough week brighter. Hannah's exceptional patience and kindness, amidst the busy environment, made me feel valued. She went beyond the usual, making the checkout fast and enjoyable. Her cleanliness in her area of the store and her consideration for the customers as people stood out. Hannah's genuine care and efficiency made my shopping hassle-free. I can't wait to experience her exceptional service again at Kroger.
Easy to get in and out of, friendly staff, especially on the self checkout. The app is hard to switch from store to store, that's why I only gave it a 4 instead of 5, and the store having that closure over the pest droppings. But otherwise a nice store to shop at.
I loathe the parking lot, waaaaay too tight and the layout is maze-like making it much tighter than it already is. The parking lot is not truck friendly in the least bit for those of us that drive them. Last, many employees lack the manners necessary for that line of work.
On the plus side, they are always well stocked?
Not to busy decent prices. Not to many checkout lanes open.
Could you please keep the chocolate milk in stock!

Store has had issues with mice in the past. They got closed down for a day because of it. Went there a couple days later and saw mice running around. Just went in for a couple canned goods and worker at self check outs was knocking off money for people he knew and stood there talking while people wait in line for him to finish. Just all around a bad store to go to.
It's Kroger. What is there to say? I go to this one cause it's closest. To do major shopping I go to another. But I collected fuel points on $10 purchase.
"Their meticulously crafted sushi rolls are a work of art, boasting fresh, high-quality ingredients expertly prepared by their talented chefs. From classic favorites like California rolls to inventive creations, every bite is a culinary delight. Pair your sushi with their sake selection for the perfect dining experience!"
A decent Kroger location, the parking lot can be less-than-desirable to navigate, and at least one entrance is an entrance, only, you are unable to exit, which I am only able to assume is due to "shrinkage," (thefts.)
Many regarding the checkout-lanes have been converted to "self-work," since we, effectively, become the employees with zero wages, benefits or store-discounts, which is a disturbing trend within retail, currently, although Kroger is hardly the majority-offender within this area.
Kroger had all I went to pick up. The prices are so high. It all geared at family packaging and I'm one person. Where else can I go...... They need to be a advocate for the customer and help lower costs.
