The produce was especially good today I don't usually go on Monday maybe that has something to do with it
Store and parking lot are in great condition.Morning items are a bit sparse; no doughnuts before 8:00a, and no pint-sized milk.
Very nice location always stocked,friendly staff,especially lady at deli counter they do sell the ham I was looking for anymore and told me another store where I can get it Thanks lady I will .

Late night downtown Kroger is a forest of pallets as the stickers restock and there are no non self service lanes at all.
Ordered a custom cake multiple days in advance and just got there. They didn’t make the cake, they just screwed over a whole party of people! They tried to offer me a dinky premade much smaller cake, what a joke! Spoke with a manager and they told me this happened often and there was nothing they could do!
Th8s was the worst Kroger experience I've ever had. I ordered a cake online several days in advance. When I showed up, I stood at the bakery counter for 5 minutes trying to get the attention of 2 staff working in the bakery. I had to almost shout hello to get them to pay attention. The lady who responded, yelled to another employee to help me. I told my name and the 2nd woman went to get my cake. It was obvious after a few minutes, my cake wasn't ready. It took 5 minutes of her looking at my order and making adjustments to the cake. When it was gi en, I could see it didn't have the right words, but just generic Happy Birthday. I took it, as by this point the 2 other ladies in the bakery area were SCREAMING at each other. The other employees were obviously very uncomfortable, as was I. I went to the service desk to pay, and hopefully let someone know about the issues. It was worse there. The lady at the service counter had to stop texting to check me out, which was obviously very upsetting. She was EXTREMELY rude and at that point I just wanted out of this store. When we cut the cake, it wasn't the right flavor - which didn't surprise me at this point - but I was very disappointed. This was a horrible experience and the manager should be ashamed. First and last time at this store. Glad my usual one is so much better.
The store is clean and I didn't have to wait. I didn't enjoy having to manually add a digital coupon that should just be active for all Kroger plus members by default.
It was really good for just going quickly I got in and out of there in no time

Kroger is Kroger, ya know. They've got all your common groceries, the "Fresh Produce" section is ok,.. it's decent, but nothing you couldn't find at another Kroger location. Over the last 6 months, more often than not, the shelves are nearly bare!Think of the way things were during the Covid-19 Pandemic, how there was no toilet paper, shelves were mostly bare.The employees are becoming extremely rude and nasty with the way they speak to and treat the customers!! And my goodness, I know inflation is skyrocketing, but there's no reason to hike up their prices to be more than 4-5 hundred percent mark-up!! If it should be around $10, you'll be paying about $45+!!
This location is always clean and the employees are always willing to help in a timely fashion great deli selection
I don't normally go into the store, I depend on pickup so I don't have to deal with people in general. This lady weekend I went to pickup my order and they gave me someone else's order which I discovered as soon as I got home. I called right away and the lady in pickup department told me to come right back and they would straighten it back out, to just pull up and call and tell her what spot I was in. I got there and called in and the lady had apparently left and there was a make answered the phone. I told him what was up and he then told me it would be 30 minutes or longer before he could get to me. I told him that was unacceptable and mid sentence he hung up on me. I work in customer service so I was not being rude or pushy or angry (because I know how that feels).... Until he hung up on me. I will never go back to that location ever again, the whole experience was terrible for me. No one seemed to give a rat's patooty in that store.
I hate the counters at krouger they are the worst in the world by far.
A very nice place to shop. The employees are helpful, and friendly. It is kept clean, and they always have nice themed items for seasons/holidays.
