Ordered a latte but got what tasted like a black coffee. They don't provide sugar or stirrers either to sweeten your drink according to taste.The pina colada slush was nice.So much choice too as the menu is really extensive, they just need staff who have better knowledge of the products so that they can advise accordingly. I asked about a few of the drinks hut the server didn't seem to know much.

I enjoy KFT. The boba and milk teas are good but no consistent in flavor. Their jellies are cut slightly too big in my opinion and their crystal jellies are Al way too hard. I highly recommend this pistachio milk tea with coffee jelly. Service takes a little bit to make the drink, which feels at times it takes longer to make the drink than drink the drink. Loud music at this location and genre is not always kids friendly I.e. death metal.

The drinks are pretty decent, but the employees are not particularly kind or helpful. Also incredibly annoying that the employees park constantly in the one space actually reserved for the location. I would think that there should be a rule against that set forth by ownership.Parking: There is always an employee parked in the one and only space reserved specifically for the location.

This boba shop, KFT in Columbus, is truly exceptional! I'm a big fan of this particular location and would consistently choose KFT over Sharetea in Columbus. The service is excellent, and the quality is consistently top-notch.
They still serving the best bubble tea in town. Love this place.
