Clean and quick service, when I need something cold and sweet, I come here

I come to this place all the time workers not friendly at all don’t smile no hi and thank you I asked to use the bathroom they said no would never come back here again

The place was clean, it has a claw machine as well. But, the lady didn't ask for how much sweetness I want. I'm used to my boba not having too much sweetness, so I thought nothing of it. I'm just thinking maybe my drink had too much sweetness because my stomach was hurting and I felt like vomiting after. The atmosphere is really nice though. And the cup is cute.

This is my absolute favorite boba place in the whole city. YES it’s a chain, but who cares if it’s always consistently good and fast? I’ve been coming here since before covid and I’ve never had an issue with my drinks or the staff. I can’t talk about the quality of the snacks because I only come here for tea. The boba is the best because it’s always so soft and warm and super easy to chew and suck up through the straw.

I ordered a Classic Black Milk Tea. Good as always but surprisingly a bigger serving size for $5.85. I’m usually in Cleveland and the portions are smaller, but Kung Fu Tea delivers a better size.

saccharine extreme. It tasted like a pound of sugar with extra sugar. The strawberry milk I order was so horrible I threw it away. The drink did not taste natural but had an ultra processed taste to it. Would not recommend.

In my opinion, the best kung fu tea in Columbus. They're make my tea right everytime. Others taste watered down or it's not sweet enough or strong enough. I always go to this kung fu tea when I'm in Columbus.

The staff were friendly and helpful! The environment was inviting & had great vibes. Best of all the boba was delicious! Definitely recommend.

Always really good bubble tea. Bathrooms are now closed to customers but it's a good spot to get tea and head out.

The heater is off, the windows dirty as heck, tables dirty and sticky... Is this location finally on its way out? Seems like it with the lack of cleanliness and letting everyone freeze to death.

The drinks are still good (Miraculously) but when the general area is dirty, it makes me wonder if the workspace is where the food is being prepped. Time will tell.

Probably my favorite bubble tea location. They have a lot of options to choose from, prices are pretty normal compared to other bubble tea/ craft beverage locations. I love the Thai milk tea, it’s my go to. They also have slushees, I love the mango one.

The quality of the milk tea here was rather consistent. Been there multiple times. Convenient location too. Services were typically quick. You can also order online and pick up there. There was just one time I ordered hot milk tea, the cup was full and the tea super hot, I tried to remove the lid to let it cool a bit, it spilled all over and sort of burned my hand 🥲 afterwards I always ordered milk tea with ice
