Service here is weak. Food is OK. I sat on a chair that was not clean and when I stood up was covered in food. I told the server and he moved the chair to another table and did not clean it. An hour later when we left it was still dirty, just waiting for someone else to sit in it. Waiter behind the bar on his phone for 5 minutes doing nothing to do with work while we waited for the check - I had to get up and go talk to him to get our check. Today I check my receipts and the waiter entered extra tip beyond what was on my receipt, so I was charged extra. Called them to ask them to change it and they told me to dispute the charge with my credit card. This place has been getting worse for years.

Food was subpar, place is busy but extremely loud. Service was somewhat fast but our waiter seemed like he had no interest being here. I got the chicken wing appetizers and those weren’t bad, but my chicken teriyaki entree tasted nothing like teriyaki, in fact it was tasteless. The vegetables and the sauce seemed frozen and not even fresh. They were mushy and tasteless as well. Everyone told me this would be a great place to try while I was in town and I’m disappointed. There’s way better places to eat along downtown Columbus, try anywhere else but here.

So loud you couldn’t talk to the person at your table because of volume of music. Server did not know what sushi was which on plate. Food came out all at different times. Shocked this place is even open.

What happened to this place? I have been coming here for almost a decade. The food has always been incredible; fresh, and the portions decent. It's always been a little pricey, but the quality has always been proportionate and fantastic. I ate here today and I could have had better sushi from the gas station. The rolls were like doll food, so incredibly small. Nothing was fresh. The vegetables were soggy and the rice was unseasoned. Everything was just wet, minuscule, and expensive. Really depressing and a massive waste of money. Won't be going back. It's a pity, used to be one of the best places to eat in the Short North.

Our party of 9 was served incredibly slowly and it soured the evening for many of us. (Almost 3 hours?) Wish we would have picked another spot. I'll spare you the details just go somewhere else
