got this for me and my sister for the michigan vs osu game. havent had this since 2 years. pizza and crazy combo was fire as always. dipping my pizza in the butterly garlic caesar dip made my pizza taste weird, and the wings were tasty but most of them were small compared to grandad's wings. my step dad said that the pepperoni crazy puffs my mom ordered were good

Horrible customer service, order four pizzas. Two with extra sauce, none of the four pizza had any sauce and the got one of the pizzas incorrect. Called and they said come in to exchange them (after hanging up on us twice), then refused when we got there after sticking her fingers in the pizza. Then proceeded to say we ordered it with no sauce. Wish I could put negative stars.

I came in and got two pepperoni and cheese pizzas and crazy bread combo in so disappointed the pizza which I had to wait on to be made etc bc I wanted mine square cut was undercooked the pizza crust /dough was literally still doughy smh 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️I have been coming to this little Caesars for a few yrs now I prefer this location I ride the bus from the Westside just to come there but I'm not sure I will anymore and then the crazy bread sticks I could tell they had definitely sit in the warmer for awhile! The staff are ok there so I'm not sure what happened here hopefully I'll hear back from someone 🤞

I ordered from this Little Caesars on November 6 and waited over an hour. The driver went there and waited more than 30 minutes, then told me the store said they didn’t have my order. I called support, and they confirmed it. The driver even went back to check, but the store still said there was no order. After all that, my order was canceled about 10–15 minutes later. I was left without dinner after waiting more than an hour, and I had guests.
I requested a refund right away, and it’s been a week. They told me I have to wait 10–12 business days to get my money back. That’s ridiculous. The store messed up, wasted my time, and left me hungry, and I’m the one waiting for a refund. If I could give negative stars, I would. Worst experience ever.

Always use the Little Caesars App to order. Food will be ready within the time frame you set and put in the Portal for convenience. Definitely worth using the app!!!!

I placed an order on line tried to call to make sure my order was right. The first time I call the young lady did not understand me and I did not understand her so she hung up on me. I call back same thing she did not understand stand me she hung up. The third time I call a man answer and he was the same way did not understand what I wanted and hung up on me AGAIN. So I called back 6 more times and no one would answer the phone. I wait until they deliver my pizza, the ticket has the right order but the pizza is not what I ordered. So disappointed!! They need new management and people that understand when you call.!! I wish I knew how to insert pictures of my order.
Friendly service, the guy at the counter made a positive impression. He asked what I wanted as far as cuts and sauces I didnt know were options. I like the price point but I was treated like a VIP.

I placed an order on line, Aug 27, and immediately called store to cancel when i realized i had selected the wrong date. The manager(?) confirmed that he had cancelled the order (and we didn't receive food on that day) and that we would receive the credit soon. We still haven't see our credit. -G&J Pepsi
