I don’t know why I bothered placing an order for a pizza. They didn’t give me what I ordered and I had to wait double the quoted wait time for something I didn’t even order. It was awful.

Hot and Ready was old! Hot yes. But was dried out not good at all. They didn’t cut the pizza all the way thru had to cut it when I got home.
Waited 45 minutes (no exaggeration) was ignored by a worker and angrily told by another that they didn’t have my order. It was literally some brownie bites sitting behind them that I pointed to and tried to tell them multiple times, but they kept shutting me down and saying “no we don’t have that name”

Enough bad experiences at this point that it warrants a review. I've had trouble with incorrect orders here before, but in the past week, I received two orders in a row incorrectly, with the staff denying the mistake when I pointed it out. For the first one (last week) I arrived home before seeing the pizza wasn't what I'd ordered - it happens. Today, I checked before leaving, and it was wrong again. I showed them my receipt and opened the box to show them my pizza was not what I'd ordered, and but they argued with me that it was correct. Sadly I'd recommend another spot for your pizza.

Ordered a pretzel crust pizza through DoorDash and they sent a normal one. They put the salt on it though so it was cool to know they knew what the order should have been.
