Don’t order here did online order for pick up ordered around 7 email told me it would be ready by 8:35 pizza was not ready time is valuable so I left with no pizza I want a refund ASAP 9 other people waiting in the lobby with me also did not get there food
Whoever the general manager is needs to be fired . 2 hour wait for pizza , rude employees, dirty store , it’s unacceptable

Was supposed to be ready at 6:44PM paid at 6:53pm... I paid will $100 dollar bill ... told they couldn't change it. Luckily my son was with me and paid. After several minutes informed they forgot the pretzel crust pizza... at 7:10pm I asked for my money back which no one seemed able to do. I had to help the person find my order number to refund my money. I will not be back for a long time. Worst little Caesars I have been too.. everytime its an excuse. Avoid at all cost. Idk who cut these or who made these but they did a terrible job. Looks like they were cut by a stroke victim. Big fat parts all doughy inside. Long skinny narrow pieces were hard as a brick. Got at the store about 10 till 10:00 and was told they were not making any more pizza for the night, because they were closing in an hour. There was two gals on duty and they were both on their cell phones doing nothing. I stood there for about 3 or 4 minutes, before I was even acknowledged. The store looked like it had already been cleaned up, so they were just basically doing nothing, for the last hour they were there. Every time I think this store is improving something dumb like this happens, shame on me for giving this place so many chances. Smh. Disappointment Express is what this place is! Just going to stop buying from this location all together. Waste of 💵. Waste of time. Left feeling kind of cheated, and couldn't enjoy what I was able to purchase. You all can do better than this!! Smh ...

This is by far the WORST little Cesar’s location I’ve ever been to. The food was made horribly, so I had a remake, took almost an hour to get the remake to me. The blond woman working the back was screaming and hollering fighting with a coworker, bitching and had an attitude, I spent way too long in there for a “hot n ready” I will never return to this location and I advise others to stay away from it too. Terrible service, terrible timing, terrible atmosphere, and terribly made food.

I never got the food. I ordered online 15 minutes before I arrived at the store. And waited in the lobby another 30 to 45 minutes amidst a crowd of people who had also been waiting longer than me. I don't think this is the fault of the staff. I think this is the fault of management for improper staffing, probably for low pay, and probably all of this lies at the feet of the regional director of Little Caesars. It's poor management and franchises as poorly managed deserve to go out of business after they find employees other, better jobs.

I ordered dinner online for my daughter and I after-work, I received an email that my pizza was ready. I walked in and the gentleman didn't greet me but he said I hope you know what you want because I can't stand here all day and what on you. I said sir, I ordered online and it's ready, he asked for my name asked me to step aside and continued to help other customers. While I was standing another email said my order was ready, and I never got any service because he went to the back. I never received my food. I'd never go to that establishment again, and I'll make sure everyone knows how I was treated.

I would LOVE to say I got to order food and eat it but this place cant even answer their phone to take my order because I wanted jalapeño on my cheesey bread the call center couldnt do that for me so I had to talk to the actual store who never answered (It takes 1 minute to take a order so it dont matter how busy they were).
I work so Im in a rush so I cant go there and order and wait I had to hurry. Its very disappointing because I wanted that cheesey bread so bad.

Placed an online order for delivery which took almost 2 hours instead of the 45 min window on receipt. While checking the online tracking I seen that 3 different DoorDash drivers attempted to pick up order and only the last driver was successful. Once delivered, the driver told me they were having problems at this store. Then I noticed that this store didn’t even make the correct order. I ordered a custom pizza and a fanceroni pep plus 2 other items and received 2 hot n ready pizzas instead! Of course the kids still ate it but I guess I should’ve cooked instead of being lazy smh. Could’ve saved some money.

Takes 2 hours for 1 pizza to be made :For it to be a black establishment why are there 4 Workers & only 1 person on pizzas? Me & the community are going to do whatever we can to get that place either shut down or a whole new group of management

Terrible service. Waited over an hour to get pizza. Poor management!! Don’t understand why it takes them so long to hire more people if needed. This is ridiculous!!

Every single time I order from here my food takes well over an hour to be ready and I only ever order the crazy puffs and maybe some wings. Those two things I feel shouldn’t take longer than 40 minutes even if they’re making it fresh. I also always order well ahead of time because it’s right next to the gym. I will not be coming back to this establishment
