The last few times I've been the little ceaser on demorest road they seemed to have some kind of issues. A couple of weeks ago they had a problem with the computer so you to pay with cash. Tonight 3 14 25 you had to wait 30 minutes for a pizza. Are they supposed to have pizza ready for pickup. I mean that's all the fix is pizza. This place sucks . I really don't even want to give them one star

Ordered online, went in and showed I had ordered online and Amber who I assume is the manager just told me they didn’t have it and walked away. Terrible service, figured out they gave my order to someone else but made it impossible for me to try to resolve the issue. I’d give a 0/5 if I could

Love the pizza for the price. It's decent, staff is nice and they are chill. But, almost every time I order the stuff crust, they don't add the garlic to it. If I order delivery, I can almost always guarantee it won't have it. So I go in person, I have to make sure it's on there before I leave.

It takes a long time, I've been here for an hour and they don't give me my order. I also asked him where my order is and he didn't listen to me. I'm also seeing that they don't even wash their hands to prepare a single pizza. I also asked him for a Pepsi and he charged me 5 dollars and the other people two dollars fifty

I ordered two thin crust pizzas at the window. One with pepperoni and one with double cheese. I did not order barely there pizza. It was so sad. The crust was so thin and wondered if there was any cheese. Very little sauce and the pepperoni was very spicy. The double cheese maybe had a very thin layer of cheese. I normally love their pizza but it was so disappointing. I will try again at a different location and if it isn't any better I will not be back

Here we are once again with West finest I honestly don’t even know what to expect anymore.
I pull in theres only one car at the box. Three employee on the side of the building smoking while all three staring at me as I pull in no loud music no anything crazy driving, so super confused on the three dirty looks. Even my own daughter said ohhh wow from the looks. Last time I was there and I waited 10-15 minutes at the order box, even though I was just picking up my food that was supposed to be ready and was paid for; the same girl at the window told me I wouldn’t need to wait at the box if I’m picking up when I’m picking up at the time the site said my order was ready. So of course this time I pulled around to the window that’s actually what the site says to do anyhow? and then she proceeded to tell me I need to tell her I’m picking up at the order box even though it makes no difference of me speaking inside of a box and or at a window telling you that I’m picking up at the time the site provided me with pick up time. Saying That changed nothing for nobody’s life. as well you give me a crazy look for pulling up to a window to pick up my food that was already ready that’s was already paid for and nobody else was there! And of course my order was wrong imagine that. Last time I ordered over 60 some dollars worth of food and they gave me the complete wrong order.

This time it was somewhat decent. I had to beg for them to put pepperoni all over the pizza and they charged me a customize fee which for a large thin crust was $17 BUCKS! Too many young kids who work there with no customer service skills; very unprofessional and very disrespectful!
Regularly short-staffed. Even ordering ahead, you have to wait so long because the front is often closed, meaning you have to go through the drive-thru and wait in line, which is usually too long for the lot space.
