I have never had an experience at this location like I did this evening. My husband and I entered with one person in line in front of us. We all waited for around 5 minutes while the manager sat in a chair in her phone not acknowledging anyone. A coworker told her there was customers to which she waved them off as if to say we could continue to wait because her phone was more important. She finally got up and took the order in front of us and two that came in after us and then took our order; while trying to pay she walked away and grabbed someone’s order brought it to the front and had amazing customer service in Spanish to the Hispanic woman next to us. Rudely took the payment and said it would be 10 minutes. We waited for over 20 minutes while 3 people who came in more than 10 minutes after us got their orders including someone who ordered 6 pizzas. It was only when I asked for a refund that she said our order was ready and I did not want it any longer I just wanted the refund. She continued to argue with me as if I did not witness with my own two eyes the difference in customer service between the Hispanic customers and the one white customer with a Hispanic husband whom she decided to call a slur in Spanish after he asked why the people who came in after us received their food before ours. I come here nearly every weekend however this is the first time my husband has come with me. Racism is never ok and this experience this evening was outrageous and absolutely will be the last time I will be going there.
