Didn't wash her hands after cleaning up a mess on the floor, nor bother to wear gloves, then proceeded to handle people's food.B. Didn't pay attention to the order of people who entered.C. She saw me come in and even greeted me, and I patiently waited at least 5 mins for her to finish cleaning up the mess she made on the floor with no gloves on. When finished, she let another customer order ahead of me and take the last 2 hot & ready pizzas, and told me I had to wait 7 mins, nah, I've seen and waited enough already, thanks anyway!

Takes too long to get a pie when they should be hot and ready terrible employees skimpy on the toppings. Dont get the extra most best its skimpier than the original? they are not separating the blades from the pork and the cheese wasn’t greeted. They tried to sell me a burnt pizza??♀️

Food was tasty. The machine for pick up orders were malfunctioning, but the staff was on top of it. This place is very busy with a lot of business, but they keep everything moving with consistent quality.

I used to love this lil place. I ordered pretzel pizza with extra cheese sauce lite salt and it would be perfect. Not since that usual guy left. They never understand what I order and have to have them remake it. Unfortunately the same guy is always running the register and even tho he says knows exactly what I order. He does not. Regular pizza with no sauce heavy salt, is the total opposite of what I have ordered. Please put someone on the register that understands what people are ordering instead of someone who jus smiles and says yes yes, I got it. Very disappointed to have waited over an hour for the driest, saltiest piece of unflavored circular crust imaginable. Money thrown straight into the trashcan. Get someone who understands the actual orders correctly and you'd have a nice lil pizza shop. And being very demanding and rude on the phone when you call to find out how to make sure it doesn't happen anymore is the worst customer service ever!!!

Placed order thinking it was coming from facility near me, which is only .6 miles away. Found out about it was being delivered by door dash about 8 miles away and would take 45 minutes to deliver, therefore I canceled order immediately. My card was charged 25.00 dollars and little Caesars refuse to issue refund.

Not always do you find Little Ceasers to give 5 stars to, but the main guy that works here(unsure of his name) is ALWAYS there, and tonight they slipped on my order 25-30 minutes late than the original quoted time) but when I got there they were SLAMMED and did not have many people working in back. That gentleman gave me an extra crazy bread, AND a sauce, and it’s not much but really made me realize he wanted to try and atone for the mistakes made with the order. I will continue supporting these guys when I need some cheap pizza! Also, the 3 stars is just because it’s little ceasers, and the 2 star atmosphere is just the location, which isn’t a big deal. If you know this side of town, you know.

Stood in front of the cashier waiting for him to get off his cell phone so he could take my order.Once I got the pizza it looked good but it was nasty. This is the second time that I was there and they don't put enough sauce on the pizza. They now don't want to give sauce with the order of bread. It's very dry. I won't go back to that location!!!!

Every time I go here they closed or just rude as hell. I called tonight bc my food was delivered with no drink & was tryna see if I can still get it & whovever pick up the phone was so rude & unprofessional. This location need to fire everyone & start over
