Every time I order delivery I always end up with someone else's order!! The food is good but not when it's not what you ordered!

It’s a Little Caesars.
Placed an order for pickup when I was leaving downtown. Got to the location, put my code in the machine, and grabbed my pizza and Italian cheesy bread.
Everything was fresh and hot which is all I ask for at an LC. So no complaints here.
I called several times to place an order while on the way to the location. When I got there, I called again to check if the phone was broken. Nope. Every employee, even the ones just standing around, ignored it.

We placed an order for ten pizzas on picking up these people had left with the open sign on and now they don’t want to refund because they mentioned that the order was picked up by door dash which wasn’t after I told them I didn’t use DoorDash they say they trashed them. They are poor at customer service and they don’t know how to handle grievances

The workers kept arguing and fight in the back. Once a employee noticed I was waiting in the front Came and pretends to take my order and then stops repeatedly while trying to take my order to argue with a person in the back that was very unprofessional and I’m very disappointed with this location

Staff and manager were both actively turning away veterans with valid IDs for Veterans Day because it wasn't exactly the ID they wanted. One person was denied trying to use their DD214. then I was denied while trying to use my Ohio id with the armed forces endorsement on it. Another service member was denied with their ACTIVE DUTY ID?!? Make it make sense?
Tried to call and order but no one answered so I Came to pick up pizza at 10:45 pm after working all day, wanted some crazy bread and was told I couldn’t order any and that they were out an hour prior to close. Employees were not willing to accommodate a customer. Horrible locations across the city!

With 30min for something that is advertised as hot n ready There was 2 ppl in back doing prep only! There was only 1 person taking orders, cooking and serving. My pizza was the only thing hot, but everything else was room temp from sitting on counter top, not in the warmer while pizza was cooking.

This location is horrible. I will never order again from this particular location. They made my food wrong. I called several times with no answer. Then I went back to the location with the food. 1st I was told there was no manager. Then I was told there was nothing they could do.

Ordered pretzel crust, got sent normal crust that looks like day old hot-n-ready because it was so dried out. If the franchise was out of pretzel crust, I'd preferred they just cancel the order instead of sending me what I did not order. Not even worth trying to get order corrected as I was having delivered to work when I cannot leave. So I will just never order from this location again.
